Cricket

We all piled on the buses.

It was quite the miracle that the buses could HOLD our weight, but whateves.

Swordtail whacked me in the face by accident and Luna scolded him for doing so.

Sundew sat one row in front of me, with Willow right next to her.

After the thirty loooong minutes of torture, we arrived at Pantala University.

We all stampeded off, nearly killing the bus monitor, and flooded into our school. 

I've got to admit our school was way cooler than Pyrrhia High.

Blue immediately grabbed my hand and pulled me, Swordtail, and Sundew to our dormitory.

I flopped down.

I missed Bumblebee.

Ever since I've went to high school, I've seen my adopted baby sister less and less.

"I miss Bumblebee." I said, echoing my thoughts.

"Boy, do I ever." Sundew said flatly. "I'm going to get some food. I promised to meet up with Willow and Mandrake."

She hurtled out before any of us can object.

Man, I was really counting on her to help me out of the awkwardness of being alone with two boys.

"Want to go practice some sports later?" Blue asked. "I need to work on my aim for golfing."

"Sure!" I said. "I hafta practice tennis. You never know when we might go back to the Tournament next year."

"Never admitting defeat. That's my Cricket." Blue said, smiling.

Woah.

That felt kinda good.

"I don't need to practice tennis." Swordtail said, leaning back. "I'm already really good!"

"According to you. Not according to me." I told him, then swung out of our dormitory with Blue right behind me.

We headed out to the sports place, but of course, Wasp blocked us.

"You have THIRTY minutes until the next period starts." she growled.  "You've better go back and study."

Of course.

Typical Wasp.

And naturally, we had her next; gym.

"We're going to practice tennis." Swordtail snapped. "That's studying."

"I don't like that tone of voice MISTER." Wasp snarled.

Ahem

Nobody pointed out HER tone of voice.

Swordtail argued with Wasp for a millennia.

Finally Wasp hissed, "DETENTION for a week. Off you go. I'll see you in class."

"Oof." Swordtail said.
