Jewel's POV

I have watched the whole thing. I still feel helpless with these chains. But I think I saw Alice's weakness. That is Shadow. It's pretty much similar to mine. We both have trust issues and I know that Alice will realise that Storm was using Us. To get attention and of course, Power. I look up to see Alice, smiling at me.

"Well? That made you sad enough?" 

"Not really... Just that you and I have one same weakness..."

"Huh?" 

I kept my keen smile on as we watch the scene play in front of us. Just as Ruby just finished cutting Storm's fake wings, Storm pushed her away and faced Shadow. He stood up slowly and grabbed him by his neck. I, of course, couldn't control my body. So, the rest might have seen me as Storm's servant still. That means Alice takes control. She moved me and she attempts on escaping Yuuta's grip.

Storm looked at us... and smiles grimly. I just knew what's gonna happen. Alice took one last look at Shadow and Storm. Suddenly, chains that hold me disappeared and Alice seems to agree with me.

"You're right... We have one same weakness..."

"Shadow..."

Alice moved away and I take control of my own body. I look at Shadow and I escaped Yuuta's hold. I moved in front of Shadow and held my daggers near Storm's neck. I held it up until it touched his skin.

"WHAT?! HONEY, STAY AWAY!" Storm looked at me shooked.

"I'M NOT YOUR SO-CALLED 'HONEY'!" I yelled. "YOU MANIPULATED ME! I SHALL REMAIN LOYAL TO MY FAMILY!"

Shadow lowers his head and I climbed on his back. I gave Storm my death glare and he flinched. As I raised my daggers in the air, Storm was about to pounce at me. I threw my daggers at him as it causes him to fall onto the ground and every single minion of his disappears. As well as his mischievous spells are gone.

Yuuta's spell is still being used as I still see Ruby's form. He walked towards me with his small wolves behind him, sitting down.

"Jewel... You're okay?" I heard Shadow's deep voice.

I looked down and hugged him. I nodded slightly and I mumbled, "I'm so sorry... Storm manipulated me..." He replied with a soft growl and I snuggled him.

Not long after, Kuro, Kishi~Kun, Alpha, Jake and of course, Jayden ran towards us. Behind them were Ethan and Ein who are walking side by side. I look at everyone and they smiled at me with relief. Soon, everyone decided to forget this day and went back home. Except for Ruby and Yuuta who followed us home.

~+ At Home +~

"So... You returned here, Yuuta?" I asked as he sat down in the living room.

At this point, Yuuta's spell has gone and Ruby was just sitting next to Shadow. While Alpha went to bed due to fatigue and as well as the fight earlier. As for me, I turned back to my usual self. "Shadow called me and told me what happened," Yuuta smiled at me. I nodded and Shadow was still in his form. He can't change back until Ruby and Yuuta leave.

"Shadow, can't you just change to your normal form?" Ruby asked in a way that a child does.

Shadow shook his head and laid down next to me. I ruffled his head and I nuzzled his muzzle. I just miss his lovable self and if only I notice how much he sacrificed his life just for a little cinnamon bun-like me. "We'll go now. Take a good rest you two! Make sure to take a break!" Ruby called.

"Alright! We will!"

Now, I can rest in peace with my lovable brother, Shadow Conny...
