Jeremy POV

"Michael!", I yell, quite clearly frustrated. Michael's on top of me with my phone in his hands.

"What? You want this back?"

I nod and flop down like dead weight.

"Too bad, I gotta look through it first." He opens my phone and types in the passcode: 6453; his uncommonly used nickname, Mike, spelt with numbers by which numbers on the key pad correspond with the letters (if that makes sense). I smile as I get an idea. Two can play at that game.

I carefully take his phone out of his back pocket and turn it on. No passcode? Idiot. Just as I press the button again (because it's an apple phone and I don't know how to work androids or any other brands, fight me) a small alarm goes off. I frantically cover the speakers but the sound isn't completely blocked off. Michael turns his head and smirks. He grabs his phone from my hand and gets up. I stand up and reach for my own before he holds it above my head. Come on Michael! This shouldn't even work! I'm only like two inches shorter than him! Sure, I could jump but with the chances of me actually grabbing my phone vs the chances of accidentally whacking it out of his hand and flat onto the hardwood floor, the odds aren't exactly in my favor.

"What's wrong? You give up yet?", he says while laughing. I stand with my hands akimbo, completely done with this. "Aw dammit, I was hoping you'd put up more of a fight.", Michael says, hands dropping to his sides. I look at the hand holding my phone and grab it. I run into the bathroom and lock the door before he can get me.

"Hey that's not fair!", he complains.

"It's totally fair.", I say cockily. "I love you.", I say as sweetly as I can. I hear Michael sigh from the other side.

"...I love you too you dork."

That's the first one! Sorry it's so short but I ran out of ideas and akimbo isn't necessarily the easiest word to just casually work into a situation.
