Burning Blue

Today, I washed my face with water,
Clean and plain, it spatter.
My eyes stared at the light,
My mind still left in the darkness.
Lost in thought, if I could still win this fight,
Not a physical fight as you think,
But that in my thoughtfulness.

Blurbing blue,
Burning blue in real flame,
Everyone plays innocent, no one takes the blame.
Father is gone, Mother is abandoned,
Terrified, she slit her throat one day, leaving me all alone.
I'm not dead but my skin is alive.
I'm still breathing as today I turn twenty-five.
Not because I love living though, I might just end up my life.
