Ok, so this isn't a dress, It is a crop top with a really high waisted skirt. Just to clarify.
I wish I knew how to make clothes cause I would totally wear this! I might start a new series where it is a bunch of outfits I design on paper, cause I think that would be cool. What do you guys think?
