WWE United States Championship [Reign #3]: Won from Austin Theory on July 2nd 2022 at WWE's Money In The Bank 2022 - Lost The Title To: Seth "Freakin" Rollins on October 10th 2022 on the episode WWE Monday Night Raw that took place the night after the 2022 WWE Extreme Rules, with a hurting Rollins defeating a beaten down Lashley (who had been taken down by a returning Brock Lesnar before the match) by pinning Lashley after 2 back-to-back "Curb Stomps".

WWE Championship [Reign #2]: Won from Brock Lesnar on January 29th 2022 at WWE's Royal Rumble 2022, in a match that would ultimately put him out with an injury when his reign came to an end, winning the title after WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns attacked then WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar, towards the end of the match, and then Brock's manager, Paul Heyman, turned on Lesnar by handing Roman the WWE Championship that the latter used as a weapon against Brock, before Lashley pinned Brock to win the title.

Lost The Title Back To: Brock Lesnar on February 19th 2022 at WWE's Elimination Chamber 2022 in an Elimination Chamber Match that also involved Austin Theory, AJ Styles, Matt Riddle and Seth Rollins.

WWE Championship [Reign #1]: Won from The Miz on March 1st 2021 at an episode of WWE Monday Night Raw in a Lumberjack Match, squashing Miz in minutes by submission with "The Hurt Lock" - Lost The Title To: Big E on September 13th 2021 at an episode of WWE Monday Night Raw after Big E cashed in his Money In The Bank Briefcase on Lashley minutes after Lashley retained the title against Randy Orton.

WWE United States Championship [Reign #2]: Won from Apollo Crews on August 30th 2020 at WWE Payback 2020 - Lost The Title To: Matt Riddle/Riddle on February 21st 2021 at WWE Elimination Chamber 2021 in a Triple Threat Match that also involved John Morrison, with Riddle pinning the Morrison to win the title.

WWE Intercontinental Championship [Reign #2]: Won back from Finn Balor, 22 days after losing the title to him, on March 11th 2019 at an episode of Raw - Lost The Title Back To: "The Demon" Finn Balor on April 7th 2019 at WWE's Wrestlemania 35 in the penultimate match in under 5 minutes.

Lost The Title To: Finn Balor on February 17th 2019 at WWE's Elimination Chamber 2019 in a 2-on-1 Handicap Match that saw Lashley and Leo Rush go against Finn Balor, and saw Balor pin Rush off of hitting the "Coup 'de Grace" to win the title.

Lost The Title To: Vince McMahon, of all people, on April 29th 2007 at WWE's Backlash 2007 in a 3-on-1 Handicap Match that saw Lashley go against Vince McMahon, Shane McMahon, and Umaga, and saw Vince pin Lashley to win the title.
