Reminder: This is in reverse chronological order. Also (something I should have stated before making this post), title defences in New Japan for championships are often spread out across weeks at the least (outside of multi-night events that each have the same title on the line for each night), or are once every month or so, and this has been the thing in the majority of New Japan's 50+ years of existence.

UnifiedWorld Trios Championships/AEW World Trios Championships [Reign #1]: Wonthe titles with "The Gunns" Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn from"The Acclaimed's" Anthony Bowens, Max Caster, and Billy Gunn on April21st 2024 at AEW's Dynasty 2024 in the shows Zero Hour pre-show in a WinnersTake All Unification Match that was also for "Bullet Club Gold's" ROHWorld Six-Man Tag Team Championships, with Jay winning the titles for his teamafter hitting a second "Bladerunner" on Billy Gunn to unify bothtitles.

The titles (both the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships, and the AEW World Trios Championships) would be known as the Unified World Trios Championships winthis win.

Note: He also heldthe ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships, also under the Unified World Trios Championships name.

They are the current champions.

ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships/Unified World Trios Championships [Reign #1]: Won with "The Gunns" Austin Gunn and Colten Gunn as part of the stable "Bullet Club Gold" from "Mogul Embassy's" Brian Cage, Kaun/Bishop Kaun, and Toa Liona on January 17th 2024 at All Elite Wrestling's Wednesday Night Dynamite, with Jay pinning Kaun off of hitting the "Bladerunner" on him to win the titles, following "The Aclaimed" surprisingly helping prevent interference from Prince Nana (the manager of "Swerve" Strickland and the "Mogul Embassy"),

Side-Note: This title win was both Jay's first title win since leaving New Japan Pro-Wrestling in February 2023 and joining AEW full time not too long after, and it was also the first tag title of any kind that Jay White had won in his career.

May 27th 2024 Update: On April 21st 2024 at AEW's Dynasty 2024 in the shows Zero Hour pre-show, "Bullet Club Gold's" Jay White and "The Gunns" defeated "The Acclaimed's" Anthony Bowens, Max Caster, and Billy Gunn in a Winners Take All Unification Match that was also for "The Acclaimed's" AEW World Trios Championships, renaming the ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships and the newly won AEW World Trios Championships into the Unified World Trios Championships in the process.
