Reminder: This is in reverse chronological order, and this will include Moxley's Interim AEW World Championship reign.

IWGP World Heavyweight Championship [Reign #1]: Jon Moxley surprisingly won the title from Tetsuya Naito on April 12th 2024at NJPW's Windy City Riot 2024 - Side-Note: With this title win, Moxley became the first wrestler to win World titles in WWE, AEW, and New Japan Pro-Wrestling - Lost The Title Back To: Tetsuya Naito on June 30th 2024 at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2024 in the shows Semi-Main Event.

[Days Held: 79 Days - Successful Title Defences: 4].

AEW International Championship/AEW All-Atlantic Championship [Reign #1]: Shockingly won the title from Orange Cassidy on September 3rd 2023 at AEW's All Out 2023 in a bloody, brutal, and fantastic main event, in what could possibly have been Orange Cassidy's best match ever, with Moxley winning the title from a completely bloodied and exhausted Orange Cassidy off of hitting a VERY high angled "Death Rider" on Cassidy, not too long after a completely spent Cassidy had weakly kicked out of a different version of the "Death Rider" and flipped Moxley off!

Note: This was Moxley's first title win in AEW that wasn't the AEW World Championship.

Lost The Title To: Rey Fenix on September 20th 2023 at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam, with Fenix winning the title supposedly unplanned, due to Moxley suffering a legitimate minor concussion during the match and being knocked out!

[Days Held: 17 Days - Successful Title Defences: 3].

AEW World Championship [Reign #3]: Won the vacant title as Jon Moxley on September 21st 2022 at the special edition of the AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite - called Dynamite: Grand Slam - by defeating "Blackpool Combat Club" stable mate Bryan Danielson (aka the former Daniel Bryan) in the finals of a tournament to win the title, winning by technical knockout (hopefully that's the right term) when he got Danielson to pass out to a variation of a Sleeper Hold.

The title had been vacated due to former champion CM Punk - who had beaten Moxley to regain the title in the first place at the nefarious AEW All Out 2022 - getting suspended the same night he won the title, due to Punk and his trainer Ace Steel starting a legitimate backstage fight with "The Elite's" Kenny Omega, and Matt and Nick Jackson.

Side-Note: Moxley also held the GCW World Championship during this reign. Also, with this title win, Moxley became the first 3 time AEW World Champion in the belts short history.

Lost The Title To: MJF/Maxwell Jacob Friedman on November 19th 2022 at AEW's Full Gear 2022 in the main event, with MJF winning the title after Moxley's now former Blackpool Combat Club stablemate and manager, William Regal, slipping MJF Regal's brass knuckles when the referee was down, and MJF used the brass knuckles on Moxley before picking up the pinfall win.

[Days Held: 59 Days - Successful Title Defences: 2].

AEW World Championship [Reign #2]: As Jon Moxley, he defeated lineal AEW World Champion CM Punk on August 24th 2022 at an episode of AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite in a Title Unification Match to determine the Undisputed AEW World Champion, with Moxley shocking (at the time) defeating Punk in a bizarrely short match, defeating him in around about 7 minutes when Punk seemingly re-injuring his surgically repaired foot during the match, before Moxley took Punk down with multiple "Paradigm Shifts" afterwards to win the title.

With this win, AEW officially recognises this as the start of Moxley's 2nd reign as AEW World Champion.

Side-Note: Moxley also held the GCW World Championship during this reign.

Lost The Title Back To: CM Punk, sadly, on September 4th 2022 at AEW's infamous/nefarious (whichever you prefer to label it) All Out 2022.

[Days Held: 11 Days - Successful Title Defences: 0].

AEW World Championship [Interim Championship Reign]: He defeated "The Ace of New Japan" Hiroshi Tanahashi in the finals of a tournament as Jon Moxley on June 26th 2022 at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door 2022 in the main event to win the title, and become the Interim AEW World Champion in the process as well.

Moxley was interim champion because the actual/lineal champion, CM Punk, had gotten injured in a 6-Man Tag Team Match on AEW Dynamite less than a week after winning the AEW World Championship from 'Hangman' Adam Page, and Tony Khan declared that Punk would not be stripped of the title, but that an Interim Champion would be declared instead, and the interim champion would defend the title until Punk could return, in which event there would be a Unification Match for the titles.

Side-Note: Moxley also held the GCW World Championship during this interim title reign.

He was the interim champion until: He defeated lineal AEW World Champion CM Punk on August 24th 2022 at an episode of AEW Wednesday Night Dynamite in a Title Unification Match to determine the Undisputed AEW World Champion, with Moxley shocking defeating Punk in the previously mentioned bizarrely short match (as mentioned for his 2nd AEW World Championship reign entry).

[Days Held: 60 Days - Successful Title Defences: 4*].

*Note: Officially he retained the titles 3 times before becoming the undisputed champion, but I also count him winning the unification match as a technical retention of his Interim title as well because I'm weirdly wired like that, but I very much completely understand if you don't count that as a successful title defence.

GCW World Championship [Reign #1]: Won as Jon Moxley from Matt Cardona/Zack Ryder on September 4th 2021 at Game Changer Wrestling's The Art of War Games 2021, not too long after Cardona had retained the title in a short match on the same night.

Fun Side-Note: Moxley was, as previously mentioned, the Interim AEW World Champion during this reign, before then officially holding the AEW World Championship during this reign after becoming the Undisputed AEW World Champion on August 24th 2022. He would then hold the AEW World Championship once again on September 21st 2022 during his GCW World Championship title reign.

Lost The Title To: Nick Gage on October 8th 2022 at GCW's Fight Club Night 1 in a title vs. career match.

[Days Held: 399 Days - Successful Title Defences: 9].

AEW World Championship [Reign #1]: Won as Jon Moxley from Chris Jericho on February 29th 2020 at AEW's Revolution 2020 - Side-Note: He also held the IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship during this reign - Lost The Title To: Kenny Omega on December 2nd 2020 at AEW's Wednesday Night Dynamite Winter Is Coming Special, due to interference from Omega's uncle, Don Callus

[Days Held: 277 Days - Successful Title Defences: 9].

IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship [Reign #2]: Won from "The Murderhawk Monster" Lance Archer on January 4th 2020 at New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Wrestle Kingdom 14 Night 1 in a Texas Death Match, with Moxley winning the brutal match when Archer couldn't answer the referees 10 count following a "Death Rider" (the New Japan name for Moxley's "Paradigm Shift") off the apron through 2 tables at ringside.

Side-Note: Moxley also held the AEW World Championship during this reign.

Lost The Title Back To: Lance Archer on July 21st 2021 at All Elite Wrestling's Fyter Fest Night 2 in a Texas Death Match, which was dubbed the week prior to the title change as "Moxley vs. Archer Texas Death Match 2". Archer's title win made it the first time that the title changed hands outside of a New Japan hosted event.

[Days Held: 564 Days - Successful Title Defences: 5].

IWGP United States Heavyweight Championship [Reign #1]: Won from "The Proud Warrior" Juice Robinson on June 5th 2019 at NJPW's Best of the Super Jr. 26: Final 2019 in his NJPW debut match, with Moxley winning the match after debuting his "Death Rider/Paradigm Shift" in this match against Robinson before picking up the pinfall win, and after Moxley's former "Dirty Deeds" WWE finishing move only got a 2 count not too long before Moxley debuted the "Death Rider".

Held The Title Until: The title was vacated on October 13th 2019, due to Moxley being unable to defend the championship against Lance Archer at NJPW's King of Pro Wrestling 2019, because of travel issues arising from the Tornado Hagibis incident.

[Days Held: 130 Days - Successful Title Defences: 0].

[As of 01/07/2024].
