Also, quick side-note: the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship reigns will be written twice, just in case (as of May 1st 2023) they get rid of one of the titles and condense the belts to a single title again at some point, or in case one of the title reigns ends before the other one does.

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships/WWE Raw Tag Team Championships [Reign #1]: Won with Sami Zayn from "The Usos/The Bloodline" Jimmy and Jey Uso on April 1st 2023 at Wrestlemania 39 Night 1's Main Event, in a match that was both rated 5 Stars (for anyone who is curious about that) and was also for the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships, since both sets of tag titles were being defended at the same time and were known as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships at this time. 

Sami pinned Jey Uso off of hitting multiple "Helluva Kicks" on Jey, and off of Owens dealing with Jimmy with a "Stunner", to win the titles. 

Side-Note: He also (obviously) held and defended the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships during this reign at the same time.

Lost The Titles To: "The Judgment Day" Finn Balor and Damian Priest on September 2nd 2023 at WWE Payback 2023 in a match that was also for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships (since both titles are still unified), and in a Steel City Street Fight that saw Balor's student JD McDonnar (hope I spelt that name right), and "Judgment Day" stable mates Women's World Champion Rhea Ripley and NXT North American Champion Dominik Mysterio helping to take out Zayn and Owens, and Dominik hitting Priest's Money In The Bank Briefcase on Zayn off of Zayn's "Helluva Kick" pin attempt before drapping Balor's arm on Zayn to allow Balor and Priest to win the titles!

WWE United States Championship [Reign #3]: He, rather confusingly at the time, won the title back from "The Phenomenal" AJ Styles on July 23rd 2017 at the ill-fated WWE Battleground 2017, days after losing the title to him, with Owens supposedly winning the belt by accident and in a botched ending after KO rolled up Styles during Styles's attempt at a "Calf Crusher" submission move, and Styles didn't kick out at the 3 count, supposedly by accident, giving KO the win.

Lost The Title Back To: AJ Styles on July 25th 2017 on the episode of WWE Tuesday Night SmackDown Live in a Triple Threat Match that also involved Chris Jericho (who made a one-night return on the night), with Styles pinning Jericho after throwing Owens out of the ring to steal the pin off of Owens hitting his "Pop-Up Powerbomb" on Jericho!

WWE United States Championship [Reign #2]: Won back from Chris Jericho on May 2nd 2017 on the episode of WWE Tuesday Night SmackDown Live that took place after Payback 2017, 2 days after losing the title to Jericho at Payback as well - Lost The Title To: AJ Styles on July 7th 2017 at a WWE Live Event in Madison Square Garden.

WWE United States Championship [Reign #1]: Won from Chris Jericho on April 2nd 2017 at Wrestlemania 33 in the opening match - Lost The Title Back To: Chris Jericho on April 30th 2017 at WWE Payback 2017 when Jericho submitted KO to the "Walls of Jericho".

[Days Held: 28 Days - Successful Title Defences: 0].

WWE Universal Championship [Reign #1]: He won the vacant title on August 29th 2016 on the episode of WWE Monday Night Raw 8 days after the 2016 WWE Summerslam pay-per-view (and also a week after Finn Balor was forced to vacate the title due to injuries sustained at Summerslam) in a Fatal 4-Way Elimination Match that also involved Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, and Big Cass.

Owens eliminated Big Cass first, and Rollins eliminated Roman Reigns due to a surprise Triple H appearance and interference off of hitting "The Pedigree" on Reigns outside of the ring, and then Owens eliminated Rollins last after Triple H surprisingly at the time (especially to me because I was holiday at the time) turned on Rollins when he hit "The Pedigree" on an unsuspecting Rollins, allowing a surprised Owens to pin Rollins and win the title!

Lost The Title To: Goldberg, sadly, in 22 F***ING SECONDS on March 3rd 2017 at WWE's Fastlane 2017, due to then United States Champion and KO's former team mate Chris Jericho distracting KO before the bell officially rang by making an entrance on the ramp, enabling KO to be hit by a "Spear" and "Jackhammer" by Goldberg and lose his title.

[Days Held: 188 Days - Successful Title Defences: 6].

WWE Intercontinental Championship [Reign #2]: Won back from "The Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose (aka AEW's Jon Moxley) on February 15th 2016 on the episode of WWE Monday Night Raw before the 2016 WWE Fastlane pay-per-view in a Fatal 5-Way Match that also involved Dolph Ziggler, Stardust (aka Cody Rhodes), and Tyler Breeze.

Lost The Title To: Zack Ryder on April 4th 2016 at the much maligned Wrestlemania 32 in a 7-Man Ladder Match that also involved Sami Zayn, The Miz, Stardust, Sin Cara, and Dolph Ziggler in one of the two best matches of the evening (which was also the opening match for the show), with Ryder unhooking the title after pushing Miz off the top of the ladder before he could unhook the belt.

WWE Intercontinental Championship [Reign #1]: Won from Ryback on September 20th 2015 at WWE's Night of Champions 2015 - Lost The Title To: "The Lunatic Fringe" Dean Ambrose on December 13th 2015 at WWE's TLC: Tables, Ladders & Chairs 2015.

[Days Held: 84 Days - Successful Title Defences: 3].

NXT Championship [Reign #1]: Won from Sami Zayn on February 11th 2015 at NXT TakeOver: Rival by referee stoppage, due to referee ruling Sami unable to continue the match after Owens had hit Sami with 3 back-to-back "Pop-Up Powerbombs" without trying to pin Zayn.

Fun Side-Note: You will no doubt know or remember this, but during his title reign; Owens made his main roster debut whilst he was still the NXT Champion by interrupting WWE United States Champion John Cena's US Open Challenge and attacking him...and Owens also defeated Cena CLEAN in Owens's first match on the main roster against Cena in a non-title match at Elimination Chamber!

Lost The Title To: Finn Balor on July 7th 2015 at WWE's Live From Tokyo: The Beast in the East special live show in the penultimate match of the evening, and the best match of the evening too.
