Reminder: This is in reverse chronological order.

WWE Intercontinental Championship [Reign #1 for Jey Uso]: "Main Event" Jey Uso shockingly and surprisingly won the title from Bron Breakker on September 23rd 2024 in the main event of an episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, with Jey surprising the title after hitting Breakker with a "Spear" through the Time Keepers area at ringside, and then hitting him with both a "Spear" and an "Uso Splash" in the ring not too long afterwards to get the pinfall win, winning his first singles title in his career in the process!

He is the current champion.

[Days Held: 8+ Days/Current Champion - Successful Title Defences: 2+ (2+ Defences at Live Events)].

Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships/WWE Raw Tag Team Championships [Reign #4 for Jey Uso] and WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships [Reign #6 for Jey Uso]: "Main Event" Jey Uso won both unified titles with "The American Nightmare" Cody Rhodes from "The Judgment Day's" Finn Balor and Damian Priest on October 7th 2023 at WWE's Fastlane 2023 in the opening match, with Cody pinning Balor off of Cody and Jey hitting a half-"1D" and half-"Cody Cutter" move on Balor to win the the titles.

Side-Note: This took place a few months after Jimmy had betrayed Jey at Summerslam 2023, and this was the first tag title reign that Jey or 1 of the Usos individually won a tag title with a different partner.

Jey Lost Both Titles Back To: Back to "The Judgment Day's" Finn Balor and Damian Priest, rather shockingly and annoyingly, on October 16th 2023 on an episode of WWE Monday Night Raw, due to Jimmy Uso attacking Jey - costing Cody and Jey the tag titles in he process - before Balor hit the "Coup de Grace" on Jey for the pinfall win!

[Days Held: 9 Days - Successful Title Defences: 4 (2 Defences at Live Events)].

WWE Raw Tag Team Championships/Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships [Reign #3]: Surprisingly won from "RK-Bro's" Randy Orton and Matt Riddle on May 20th 2022 in the main event of an episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown in a Tag Team Unification Match that was also for "The Usos's" WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships, with "The Usos's" picking up the win after some assistance from a distraction by fellow stable mate and "The Bloodline's" legal cancel, Paul Heyman, and some assistance from Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns.

With this win, both the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships and the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships were referred to as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships, though as far as we are aware, both sets of tag titles are still being treated as 2 separate ongoing title reigns as well, as of May 21st 2022 so far.

Also, with this win, this became the first time that a tag team in WWE held both the WWE Raw and Smackdown Tag Team Championships at the same time.

Side-Note: During this reign, "The Usos" would end up breaking "The New Day's" record for the most combined days as a team across all of their tag title reigns.

Lost The Titles To: Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens on April 1st 2023 at Wrestlemania 39 Night 1 in the main event of the show in what was, emotionally, arguably one of the best matches on a very good show (possible the best match on the show from an emotional and story standpoint), with Sami pinning Jey Uso off of hitting him with 3 back-to-back "Helluva Kicks" for the team to win the titles.

[Days Held: 316 Days - Successful Title Defences: 12].

WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships/Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships [Reign #5]: Won from "The Mysterios" Rey Mysterio and Dominik Mysterio on July 18th 2021 at the WWE Money In The bank 2021 on the pre-show.

On May 20th 2022, "The Usos" defeated "RK-Bro's" Randy Orton and Matt Riddle on an episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown to win the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships in a Tag Team Unification Match, with both titles being known as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships by WWE, however both separate title reigns continued after the title win.

Side-Note: During this reign, "The Usos" would end up breaking "The New Day's" record for the longest single reign for a tag team title in WWE (ironically doing so after defeating "The New Day" to retain the titles shortly before the record was broken), and they also ended up breaking the record for the most combined days as a team across all of their tag title reigns.

[Days Held: 622 Days - Successful Title Defences: 21].

Lost The Titles To: "The Hardy Boyz" Jeff and Matt Hardy on April 9th 2019 on the episode of WWE Tuesday Night SmackDown Live! that took place 2 nights after Wrestlemania 35.

[Days Held: 51 Days - Successful Title Defences: 2].

WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships [Reign #3]: Won back from "The New Day's" Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods and Big E on October 8th 2017, 26 days after losing the titles to them, at WWE's Hell In A Cell 2017 in a Tag Team Hell In A Cell Match, defeating both Big E and Xavier Woods to win the title after hitting a handcuffed Xavier Woods with a "Double Uso Splash" on a steel chair to win the titles.

Lost The Titles To: "The Bludgeon Brothers's" Harper/Luke Harper and Rowan/Eric Rowan on April 8th 2018 at WWE's Wrestlemania 34 in a Triple Threat Tag Team Match that also involved "The New Day's" Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Big E (who were represented in the match by Big E and Kofi Kingston).

[Days Held: 182 Days - Successful Title Defences: 5].

WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships [Reign #2]: Won back from "The New Day's" Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Big E on August 20th 2017, 28 days after losing the titles to them, at the 2017 WWE's Summerslam pre-show in one of the matches of the evening for the entire show (pre-show included), defeating both Xavier Woods and Big E to win the titles.

Lost The Titles Back To: "The New Day's" Kofi Kingston, Xavier Woods, and Big E on September 12th 2017 at an episode of WWE Tuesday Night SmackDown Live in a Sin City Street Fight, with both Big E and Kofi defeating "The Usos" to win the titles.

[Days Held: 23 Days - Successful Title Defences: 0].

WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships [Reign #1]: Won from "American Alpha's" Chad Gable and Jason Jordan on March 24th 2017 on an episode of WWE Tuesday Night SmackDown Live!, becoming the first team in WWE to have won both the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships (previously known as the WWE Tag Team Championships when they had won them), and the WWE Smackdown Tag Team Championships in their career.
