Okay, so while I haven't watched the match so I cannot judge it based off of that (but knowing these three men, its probably a pretty awesome match), but I do know who wins and I wanna talk about that a bit.

Okay, so of course Roman won.

Now I totally get why Edge was the fan favorite. It would be amazing to have seen him have one more title, especially after everything he has been through.

However, Edge in no way, shape or form needed this win.

Edge is in no way like Brock or Goldberg (especially Goldberg). Edge didn't  show up randomly and get a title match like Goldberg. Edge didnt insert himself into a match that he wasn't even apart of and ended up somehow winning the title like Brock did.

Edge won the Rumble, which was great. It was a feel good moment. And while you might be able to argue that maybe he didnt need to win at RR, I actually think that he was the perfect person to do so, even if only for Roman's sake.

And that is what this entire thing is about; Roman Reigns.

Roman is currently one of the hottest wrestlers right now (not talking about looks either). Roman is one of the best heels in wwe, or at least he was when I last watched it.

Beating a fan favorite on the grandest stage of them all, as a heel, can cement that heel as a great. Especially when the fan favorite is someone like Edge, hell even a fan favorite like Daniel Bryan. It can make the heel seem more threatening, seem stronger, seem more legitimate, ect.

And that third word is the word that Roman still needs across this universe. While fans have taken him more seriously since he's become a heel, he still has a long way to go.

So seeing him beat someone like Edge plus Daniel makes him seem legitimate as a competitor and a heel.

While it would have been amazing for Edge to win the title, I do believe the right man won the match.
