Halfdan Library? The name circles in your mind as you begin to open the letter for the second time. Was Aelfdene a Danish king? You mumble the question to yourself and then glance around the room, hoping no one heard. Tension builds from the secret you must keep to yourself. You thank fold the paper and place it into your left pocket. 

Picking up the past as you walk out the library you bump into a classmate of yours. You brush them off with casual conversation. Think of anything? Just say your busy, you think! DO they know what your hiding? Or did you just give yourself away? 

Walking to your dorm room, you quickly close the door and place a chair in front of it. You sit by your desk and turn on the lamp on top of it to get a better view. Tracing your fingers along the message you hope this piece and quiet can give you guidance. You've done something wrong? You got it all wrong! Aelfdene couldn't have been a danish king, he notes his letter with professor. Maybe he was Halfdan's teacher? You wonder if this letter was deliberately put in that book for you. 

The idea of the government sparks back into your brain. Or aliens? Fairies? Who knows what could be the case? Maybe this letter is best left alone. You quickly hide the message inside your social studies book, since you never bothered to open that in the first place. 

You back up towards your bed and are thankful your roommate isn't here to see you acting like this. Resting your head on your pillow you continue to think about professor Aelfdene, and what exactly his message is trying to express. You've only known these moments in movies and books, by why has it become reality in your own like. 

BANG BANG!!! You hear a banging on the door. The banging of your heart fills your eardrums as you lift up from your bed. You sit there listening hoping whoever is there will soon leave. Do you go to the door? Or do you sit here in wait? You must decide!
