What is Discord?

For those of you who have never used Discord, it is an instant messaging and digital distribution platform. Users communicate with voice calls, video calls, text messaging, media and files in private chats or as part of focused communities called 'servers'. If you've ever used Slack, it's kind of like that. 

Once you get there and you have read our rules, pop into the critique-partner-discussion channel. There, you can learn more about the Critique Partner Match-up event and the venue we will be using. It's also where we will be sharing an event FAQ sheet as well as the participant form you'll need to submit if you decide that you're interested in the event. These documents will be pinned in the critique-partner-discussions channel (Pins can be found at the top of the screen - look for the pushpin on the web version. On mobile, you will find the pins under the people icon).
