In order to start a new one, researching the business concept, building the right team and having the business plans are the essential things which you can concentrate on.

The most important priority to set up a business is studying the competitions. Research the business concept to make sure it is viable. This is a crucial step and deserves a significant investment of your time. Assess whether there is a market for your product or service. Analyze whether the business concept addresses your lifestyle goals as well as your financial aspirations.

The second most important priority is begin working on a business plan. Try to create a realistic business plan. Take care that the plan does not depend on everything going right, since problems – even disasters – will arise. Make the plan flexible enough to survive them. People hold different opinions about which place to live better. Some argue that the rural area is always the best choice. Others, however, assert that living in the urban area brings them various positive aspects.  I find the latter opinion more convincing for the following reason.

First, a big city provides its citizens with better services in life compared to a small town. It is crucial that the urban life provides us high health facilities. For example, you acquire an acute disease and need to be treated immediately. In small town, it takes much time to go to the nearest medical station and it may become to late to help you. Even if you arrive in time, it is not sure that a medical station in a small town is capable enough to deal with such a serious case. In addition, children living in the city can get a good quality education. Their schools have enough facilities for studying and practicing and teachers have much more experiences.

Second, since the big cities are hub for multinational companies and various other profit seeking organizations, it gives variety of opportunities for job seekers ranging from part-time to full-time, as well as more chances of progressing supplier in their life. I agree that people living in urban areas such as towns or cities are able to earn good wages and so they have a higher standard of living than those in rural areas, together with improved rates of a  higher life expectancy.

Finally, although some people argue that living in the rural life is rather quiet, I believe that it is so boring. With a huge number of mass media and high-speed Internet connection, you would keep yourself up – to – date with almost everything in the world. Hence, you come to get the feeling of integrating into society.

In conclusion, despite the varied preference from person to preson, I would like to live in the urban area because of its convenient facilities, job opportunities and huge entertainment.

People hold different opinion about the influence of movies or television. Some argue that movies are always the best choices. Others, however, assert that television brings them various positive aspects. I find the latter opinion more convincing for the following reason.

First, television is the greatest source of information easily. By sitting ideally at home, watching TV, you can get a whole look all over the world, for example, America sends the army and air force to Iraq and catches its president. It is so convenient! From very long ago, people had already known how to transform information in many different ways, but when the first television was invented, a era has begun – an era of vivid imagination.

Furthermore, television helps us enrich our spiritual lives. Through TV programmes , I can learn not only information but also about varied societies, cultures, and customs such as some traditions of a small area that I have never heard in China or another small country in the corner of the earth. We can become skillful and clever at doing jobs, making cakes or arranging flowers through practical courses taught on televion.

Some people argue that movies is much more entertaining. I do not agree with what they said. It is true that there are many types of movie, such as, horror films, cartoon films, funny films or sad films,…etc; however, I prefer to watch a funny real show on a interesting channel in a comfortable arm-chair.

In conclusion, these days, In spite of the development of computers, I think TV always maintains its importance to everyone, in order to be up – to – date.

“ Conflict is inevitable, but combat is optional” _ Max Lucade . These days, conflict seems to be everywhere, especially is in workplace. Understanding causes of conflict and how it can be resolved is essential for effective communication and gaining productivity in the workplace.

The most significant cause is the subjective reason. Differing expectations can lead to conflict, such as expecting the single person in the office to work during the Christmas vacation while those married people with children expect to have the vacation time to spend with their family. Just because that may be your expectation, does not mean that it is the expectation of other people. No wonder there is so much resentment and conflict at work. Furthermore, when people have differing values, conflicts can result. If one of your personal values in life is that your family comes first, and if your boss’ personal value is that work comes first, conflict can be the result when they ask you to stay late at work or to give up a planned family vacation due to project deadlines.

The least significant cause is the objective reason. The cause of workplace conflict is often misunderstood and blamed on personalities and misbehavior, but in reality much workplace conflict is systemic and endemic to the workplace environment. Ineffective organizational systems, unpredictable policies, incompatible goals, scarce resources, and poor communication can all contribute to conflict in the workplace. Workplace conflict causes loss of productivity, distractions, and employee dissatisfaction.

So what can we do to resolve conflict? When you handle conflict, do not think of it as fighting a battle. Exploring what is happening like someone who really wants to move things forward, not like an investigator. Treat people with respect and try to get in their shoes. You should not jump to conclusions. There are two sides to every story.

In conclusion, conflict may stem from a variety of causes, and understanding them and solutions is the first step in dealing with it effectively, reduce them at work and exploit the advantages that it brings to your job.
