Can somebody please tell me how can you get in a coma by tripping on a shoe.

Or a phone

Or a dog.

I understand if you fell down the stairs, them maybe you'll have a little concussion, but it's not serious enough to put you in a coma.

I see it in almost every cheesy romance book on her. The girl gets hurt in the smallest way possible then

COMA!!

I get it if she gets hit by the car, but some of the things they get hurt by, they can just walk that stuff off.

And they make it all serious by saying she has to stay there for like eight months.

And you know what really irks me.

The fact that the boy never leaves her side, for nothing!!

He literally sits there everyday watching her and when she wakes up, he's all over her and giving her kisses and everything.

And I'm like: if you don't get your stanky butt away from me and go sanitize yourself.

I'm just like, why do you even do it?
