BURST THROUGH THE FUCKING DOOR COVERED IN RAINNOW COLORS WHILE RIDING MY MAJESTIC UNICORN OVER A RAINBOW----

BECAUSE FOR SOME FUCKING REASON IN ORDER FOR YOU TO BE GAY YOU MUST LOOK LIKE ONE, EVEN IN BOOKS.

but real talk- stop it.

Ahem, now when it comes to my bois and gals that write the BL and GL I only have a few concerns.

Well more like pet peeves????

For one, why does the gay one always have to be the sassy friend? Or why do they have to be so open about it and shoving it in people's faces??

Like, most of the gay people I know keep quiet about that shit. They don't go around screaming it? Sure they'll great their Significant other like a normal couple would. They'll hug and hold hands, I rarely see them kiss in public- hell i rarely see straight people kiss in public.

But in books they have to be obnoxious about it!

I guess what I'm trying to say is be realistic about it ya know? I know there's this stereotype about gays but honestly I want it to stop.

Like, just write them like you would write a normal couple.

Make it flow.

The gay dudes dont have to be so feminine. Like they can look like Thor and be manly as hell and like guys. They do not have to be the "woman" of the relationship. They can just be to regular guys that play sports, cook together, help each other out. There does not always have to be a feminine one and a masculine one. They can share dominance and crap.

Same with girls! One of them does not have to act like a guy. Both of them can wear those dresses and rock high heels and enjoy feminine things and shit.

Like, I'm sorry if I offend anyone- but when people write them like one is more masculine than the other it makes me feel like they have no experience writing a gay couple at all. I'm not sure how to put it in words.

Breaths out.

Anyway. I guess it depends on the person (?) I'm not sure anymore.

Um- uh- errrrmmmm-

Why are you all still here? Shoo
