I loath love triangles with a burning passion.

Why?

Because we all know who the hell ends up with who already!!

Allow me explain this shiz

If you already have written like over half of the book and everybody KNOWS that the characters are in to each other and are together don't just throw in a random person to make it a triangle.

No.

That shit must flow together!!!

If you do it just cause you have writers block it still irks me.

I mean they're already together.

They're finna get married.

End. Of . book.

DONT THROW IN A RANDOM PERSON.

Also, most of the time they end up with the first person they like anyway.

I also hate love triangles because I feel as though they stir away from the plot of the story if it's a two cat story.

For example, adventure and romance.

Your main objective is to get to boss level and slay the evils dragon but along the way you gather up your crew so you can go full ham on the Bish.

Along the way the main character meets two guys, blah blah.

Now most of the chapters in the book is about trying to figure out whose gonna be with who. Meanwhile I'm over here with this dragon sipping tea waiting on when you guys are gonna kill this thing!!

And it's worse when they just completely forget the main plot and stick to love triangle.

And I'm like ugh!!

But don't get me wrong there are some good books with love triangles. They're just hard to find.

I just think love triangles are stressful and tiring. If you do write one please stay on plot !!
