Backstory: Xingfen de is the descendant of another of the six legendary concept dragons. The Dragon of Justice. So usually her and the other Dragon Descendants of the Zhengyilong Clan preside over trials at the Six Dragons Temple under Matrix's supervision. But Xingfen de isn't like the rest of her clan. She views Justice as not just trials over their kind but also being able to accept humans as well since their kind is so closed off from them. Only Matrix had ever actually seen human-kind up-close before. So one day she went down to Jinzhou and discovered a human invention she fell in love with. The Yo-Yo. So she quickly mastered it and started performing Yo-Yo tricks on the streets of Jinzhou.
