" Kura Kura!" You yelled looking for Bakura around the house, he was hiding it was almost Halloween, he knew you loved it but he hated it, you had just made your costume and wanted to ask him if you looked good" Bakura please?" You said yelling out into the seemingly empty house, he did it again, he started doing this two years ago, he would disappear and come back after whatever thing was over, you sighed and put your costume away, it wasn't Halloween without Bakura, you put some of the many Halloween decorations away into the old boxes and went to your shared room, you curled up on the bed and let a few tears fall as you fell asleep.

Bakura's pov
It was almost Halloween and y/n was going to look for me I knew she would, I hated Halloween but I have been quite rude about it, I was out buying some stuff that was on the grocery list, I managed to slip out before she saw me, I went to the cashier and checked out, I saw little children with there, parents..family's, "damn it all" I muttered, I lived without anyone, much less a family, I'm not going to mess this up, y/n has been kind enough to let me in, an ungrateful bastard in her home,I was home before I knew it, but something was off, it was as if the Halloween spirit y/n created was gone, I walked in and put the stuff on the table, the Halloween decor she worked so hard on was put away carelessly in boxes, " I drove her to this" I whispered to myself as I put the groceries away, " y/n I'll make it up to you" I said to myself as I set off on whatever chaos I was about to evoke And I was not going to be able to it put down.

Your pov
You woke up to noise downstairs" what the hell" you said getting up, you saw the costume you made Bakura was gone, you left it on the chair half way done because you knew Bakura would never wear it so why bother, you saw your costume was out on the bed, you put it on you were not going to ruin little kids Halloween no matter how much Bakura hated it, you put on your costume, it fit you nicely you were dipper from gravity falls, Bakura was going to be a human bill but, you shook your head and walked out your bedroom  to see Halloween decor here and there, you never put stuff upstairs because that was Bakura's 'hiding zone' but here is a bunch of Halloween stuff, did Melvin break in? You ran down the stairs and into a Bakura," Bakura did Melvin break in again?" You asked him and then realizing he was in his bill cipher costume," but y-" you were cut off by his soft lips against yours," I've spoiled your silly holidays long enough, I'll learn to love them eventually I'm sure" he said as a knock on the door broke your thoughts, you opened it and saw Yugi and the gang" hey guys what's up" you asked knowing what there were doing, before they could respond you heard marik yell," HOLY FRIG BAKURA'S IN A COSTUME!" He yelled in Melvins clothes, you saw Melvin was wearing what marik wore," really creative you two" you said giggling, this was going to be a good Halloween
