"DEV NE HUMARA RISHTA KHATAM KAR DIYA MAA" said Sonakshi

As soon as everyone heard Sonakshi they were shocked, never did they imagine that Dev had arrived this morning for ending his relationship with Sonakshi. While anger was surging through Bijoy, Asha knew there was more that they needed to know before concluding anything, it now dawned to her as to why Dev apologized to them before leaving.

"Dekha Asha, Mera darr sahi nikla. Zaroor Ishwari Ji ki wajah se Dev ne aisa faisla liya hoga" said Bijoy angrily as Asha looked at him and said "Bijoy, please. Iss waqt humey apni beti ko sambhalna hai, lekin uss sey humey poori baat samajhni hogi" as Bijoy looked irritated while Dadi gestured him to keep quiet indicating that what Asha said was correct.

"Shona, Dekh pehley toh tu shaant ho Beta. Aur humey poori baat bata ki Dev ne kya kaha" said Asha as Sonakshi calmed down a bit, Elena brought a glass of water which Asha made her drink as Sonakshi sniveled slightly.

As everyone stayed quiet Sonakshi narrated her conversation with Dev, his conversation with Mamaji in the hospital, his inference of that and then finally his decision as tears flowed from her eyes once again as Asha tried to calm her down, it was a difficult situation for everyone and they knew the pain Sonakshi must be going through.

"Dev aisa kaisey kar sakta hai Sona, tu abhi meri uss sey baat kara. Yahan koi Mazak chal raha hai kya ki jab chaha rishta jod liya aur jab chaha tod diya. Abhi call laga usey" said Bijoy as angrily as this time both Asha and Dadi gave him an annoyed look, they could understand Bijoy's anger but this was not the time to act hastily.

"Bijoy, Tu aisa kuch nahi karega" said Dadi as he replied "Par Maa..." but before he could continue Asha interrupted "Bijoy, Maa bilkul sahi keh rahi hai, hum jaldzaazi main koi Faisla nahi le saktey, iss sey situation aur kharab hogi" said Asha but Bijoy was exasperated, he did not understand why Asha or his mother could not see the pain that Sonakshi was going through because of Dev.

"Sona, Dekh meri baat dhyan se sunn beta. Main jaanti hoon ki tu kiss dard se guzar rahi hai" said Asha ignoring Bijoy as Sonakshi looked at her while Asha added "Dekh, Main ye nahi keh rahi hoon ki jo Dev ne kiya wo sahi hai lekin kya wo poori tarah se galat hai beta?" asked Asha as Sonakshi looked at her confused while Bijoy stood surprised unable to understand as to why Asha was saying so.

"Haan Shona, Asha bilkul sahi keh rahi hai. Dev ne jo kiya wo galat hai lekin Kya hum Dev ko poora dosh de saktey hai?" said Dadi as Bijoy by now lost his patience as to how could his mother and wife defend the person who hurt their daughter.

"Maa, Asha!! Aap log ye kya keh rahey hai, aap ye kehna chahtey hai ki jo Dev ne kiya wo sahi hai?" he asked giving them an accused look as both sighed disappointedly at Bijoy, why was he not ready to understand the situation.

"Bijoy hum ye nahi keh rahey hai ki jo Dev ne kiya wo sahi hai lekin uska faisla jo halat hai uski wajah se hai. Haan Usey Sona se ek baar baat karni chahiye thi itna bada faisla lene se pehle lekin jo bhi Sona ne abhi bataya uss sey ye baat toh clear hai ki wo usey shayad laga ho ki agar wo Shona se pehle baat karta toh shayad Sona usey aisa faisla lene nahi deti, Please try to understand him" said Asha as Sonakshi looked at her mother in amazement, she could exactly decipher what was going on in Sonakshi's mind while Bijoy was still not convinced, as a father he could never see tears in his daughter's eyes and that was exactly happening currently and he held Dev responsible for that.

"Asha, usney meri beti ko dukh pohonchaya hai phir tum kaisey expect kar rahi ho ki main usey samjhoon" said Bijoy, as a father he felt he was right.

"Bijoy, mujhey ek baat batao Agar tumhey kabhi ye faisla lena padey ki tumhey mujh mey aur Maa main se kisi ek ko chun naa hai toh phir tum kya kartey Bijoy?" asked Asha as Bijoy was left speechless while Sonakshi as well was left tongue tied at her question.

"Asha, Ye, ye tum kya bol rahi ho? Main tum dono main se kisi ek ko kaisey chun sakta hoon" fumbled Bijoy as Asha replied "Nahi Bijoy, jawab do mujhey. Agar life main kabhi tumhey hum dono main se kisi ek ko chun na padhey toh kisey chunogey?" she asked again as Bijoy kept quiet for he had no answer to it while Dadi had a faint smile playing on her lips, she exactly knew where Asha was going with this.

"Koi Jawab nahi hai na Bijoy tumharey paas. Luckily life ne tumhey aisey situation main kabhi nahi dala Bijoy jahan tumhey aisa koi faisla lena padhey. Lekin Dev ke saamney aaj yahi situation hai Bijoy. And we all know the relationship that Dev and Ishwari ji share. They both have been each other's support system after the death of Dev's father. So how can we expect him to suddenly choose Sonakshi over his mother Bijoy" said Asha as finally it dawned to both Bijoy and Sonakshi what Asha was trying to say.

"Jaisa ki main ney kaha ki jo Dev ne kiya wo sahi nahi hai lekin kahin na kahin mujhey uska faisla samajh main aata hai Bijoy" said Asha as Bijoy nodded slightly while Sonakshi once again looked dazed at Asha, she felt her mother always had an understanding and solution to any problem.

Asha looked towards Sonakshi and asked "Shona, Mujhey ek baat bata. Kya tu Dev ke bina reh sakti hai?" as Sonakshi nodded her head vigorously in a no and said "Nahi Maa, main aisa soch bhi nahi sakti. He has become such a part of my life that even if I want to I cannot part away from him and I know it's the same with him as well though he will not say it" as Asha and Dadi smiled while Elena and Saurabh looked at each other with a smile. All this while Bijoy stood silently, though he was still unconvinced but Asha's words did trigger a thought process in him to understand Dev.

"Tumhey pata hai Shona, what's the most difficult thing at the start of any relationship?" asked Asha as Sonakshi nodded in a negative while everyone looked at them waiting for Asha to speak.

"It's the ability to embrace the change, it's most difficult thing to do Sona. And that's the very thing which is stopping Ishwari ji from completely accepting your relationship with Dev. She fears the change of dynamics that will happen in her relationship with Dev once you become a part of his life and somewhere maybe even Dev has that fear. Now you cannot do much about Ishwari ji's fears as it is Dev who will need to handle that it. But you can allay to Dev's fear beta, give him the support that he needs" said Asha as Sonakshi smiled faintly

"What should I do Maa?" she asked as Asha replied "Talk to Dev beta, try to understand his fears and remove those. Maybe it will give him the strength and confidence to allay his mother's fears as well. But it's totally your decision beta and whatever it is we will support you no matter what" said Asha as Sonakshi smiled for the first time ever since Dev had left, for the umpteenth time she thanked god for giving her such an understanding and lovable family.

Just then the shrill of Sonakshi's phone ring caught everyone's attention, Saurabh was the closest to the table on which her phone kept, he picked up the phone but as soon as he saw the caller id. he was surprised as he spoke.

"Dev Babu ka call hai" he said catching everyone by surprise, it was Bijoy who reacted first "Kya Dev ka call, mujhey do mujhey baat karni hai uss sey" he said hastily but Asha interrupted in.

"Nahi Bijoy, Saurabh Tu phone utha aur Deb ko bol ki Sona yahan nahi hai" she said as Saurabh picked the call but before he could speak someone spoke from the other end and as Saurabh listened to the person color drained of his face which was not missed by anyone, after listening to the person he cut the call as words failed him.

"Kya hua Saurabh, kya kaha Dev ne?" asked Bijoy,"Wo...Wo..."Saurabh stammered but could not continue as Asha asked him this time "Kya hua Saurabh, tu itney tension main kyun hai? Kaun tha phone par?" she said sensing something was wrong but what Saurabh said next slipped the earth from underneath everyone's feet.

"WO DEV BABU KA ACCIDENT HO GAYA HAI"

Sonakshi was a crying mess as she entered the hospital, ever since Saurabh had informed about Dev's accident she had turned hysterical, she ran from her room without listening to anyone as Saurabh hurried behind her. They reached JLS Hospital where Dev was admitted. The Dixit and Tripathi families had gone to a temple to the outskirts of Delhi as Ishwari had vowed to visit the temple after Neha & Ranveer's marriage, they had been informed about the accident but it would have taken another 3 hours for them before they arrived.

As soon as Sonakshi, entered the hospital she saw Dr.Sinha coming out of the operation theatre along with a couple of another senior doctors, she ran towards them.

"Dr.Sinha, Dev kaisa hai abhi. Kahan hai wo" she asked as tears wetted her cheeks while Dr.Sinha was surprised to see her in such a state, she looked completely broken.

"Dr.Bose relax, He is out of danger now. But he has suffered fractures on his right shoulder & right leg along with an injury on the head and some minor injuries" he said as Sonakshi looked gob-smacked but had a tiny relief listening that he was out of Danger.

"What, where is he now Dr.Sinha? Can I meet him, please I want him Dr.Sinha" she pleaded as Dr.Sinha felt sad looking at her, it was the first time he had seen her completely broken.

"Dr.Bose, We will shift him to the ward in 15 mins, he is unconscious right now but you can meet him" he said as right as right at that moment Saurabh came behind her and heard the Doctor, Dr.Sinha left from there as Sonakshi slumped down to the ground sobbing.

"Sona, sambhal apne aap ko Dev ab theek hai" he said but Sonakshi was still crying uncontrollably, nothing apart from seeing Dev would soothe her at that moment.

After 15 mins, Sonakshi was allowed in the ward where Dev was shifted but as soon as she entered a sharp pain pierced her heart as before her laid an unconscious Dev looking absolutely pale as different wires and instruments covered his body, the right side of his body especially the leg & hand seemed have borne the maximum impact of the accident as they were heavily bandaged, his forehead was bandaged as well as blood stains were clearly visible on it while on the left side there were some minor injuries. Tears started flowing unabashed from Sonakshi's eyes as she moved towards his left and caressed his cheeks. She took his left hand into hers and kissed as fresh tears flowed from her eyes imagining the pain he must have gone through when he had met with the accident.

Holding his left hand, she kept it on her cheeks as she savored his touch while her tears wetted his hand. She kept caressing his hairs from the other hand as she spoke.

"PLEASE WAKE UP DEV, SEE YOUR SONA IS HERE. STOP BEING STUBBORN & PLEASE WAKE UP MR.OBODHRO" as she felt a twitch in her hand that was holding his.

I know you might find the story boring but this story is mainly to show the various POVs of different characters and how they find themselves in difficult situation and try to handle it, so my sincere apologies if you find it boring and feel you have wasted your precious time reading it, really sorry☹️☹️.
