"Huh, you'd expect this place to look less creepy, wouldn't you?" Ayame asked after 10 minutes of walking.

"Shut up," Mizuki said. "It's not creepy." Though, if she had to be honest, it was kinda of creepy.

But there was no way she'd admit that.

Suddenly they both heard a stick break.

Mizuki glared at the forest around them.

"Okay, come out. That level of noise makes it sound like you're not even trying to be quiet." Mizuki called, and Keisuke sheepishly appeared from behind a tree.

"Sorry," he said. "But seriously, what are you two doing out here?"

"Going on a walk." Mizuki told him.

"You shouldn't be out here, you two." Keisuke said.

"Are you bossing us around?" Ayame asked, slowly.

"Yes and no," the boy said. "But anyways, Ayame, Akinori and Natsume are going to have a cow if they notice you're gone."

"And they won't have a cow if they notice you're gone?" Ayame shot back.

"I've been in the Agency way longer," Keisuke said. "So I say that Mizuki can go but you're going to have to head back."

"What!? Seriously, she's been in the Agency for a few weeks and suddenly she's allowed to do whatever she wants?" Ayame asked. "No offense, Mizuki."

"None taken," Mizuki said.

"You are heading back, okay?" Keisuke said. "We're only trying to protect you."

"I can fight," Ayame protested.

"You are better off safe and sound," Keisuke told her. "Come on, Ayame, please."

Ayame looked at Mizuki, who looked down.

Who knew that grass would look so fantasticating. She thought.

"Mizuki!" Ayame pleaded.

"Sorry, but he's right. You have to head back." Mizuki told her.

Ayame sighed and began to walk back. "I'll go," she said. "But I don't like this, I don't like how all of you feel like you have to protect me. I want to prove myself and show you all that I can handle danger. But you guys won't let me. Next time, I'm not going to listen to someone who thinks I'm useless." 

Mizuki and Keisuke watched as Ayame stormed off.

"That didn't go as I expected." Keisuke said.

"Don't worry, she'll calm down." Mizuki promised him.

~Meanwhile~

Moonlark and Stardancer were playing Cribbage (Card game)

"Fourteen points!" Moonlark said. Moving her piece to the last hole. 

"What? How!" Stardancer said, looking at her piece that was still 25 holes away."

"Oh, what can I say?" Moonlark said. "I'm a natural at card games."

"Why do you even try to beat her?" Shadewalker asked. "You know she always wins."

"So?" Stardancer said. "She's more modest then you are." 

Shadewalker tilted his head, confused. "What did I say that made you say that?" 

"Tell him," Stardancer told Moonlark.

"Okay," Moonlark said, tilting her head up and putting on a very superior face. Then with a perfect intimidation of Shadewalker's voice, she said. "HA! TAKE THAT SUCKERS! I AM THE ALL TIME CHAMPION OF SOLITAIRE! I'M UNDEFEATABLE! I'M THE MASTER OF THE CARDS! NOBODY WILL EVER BEAT ME!"

Then she burst out into helpless giggles.

"You both suck." Shadewalker said, but not in a cruel way.

"Wait, a minute, hold on." Moonlark said, walking away. 

Stardancer and Shadewalker watched as Ghost, Luna and Wisp went into Daybreak's rocket cart and turned it on, causing them to blast out of the Spirit Wolves Territory, with Moonlark chasing after them.

"AHHH! THIS ISN'T HOW BEDTIME IS SUPPOSED TO WORK!" She yelled.

~Meanwhile~

"Hey Mizuki! Check this out!" Keisuke yelled.

"What is it?" Mizuki asked, staring at the strange symbols.

"I don't know, but I think it's blocking the entrance to that cave." Keisuke replied.

"Hmm, a puzzle? Give me a minute." Mizuki said.

2 minutes later...

"Got it!" Mizuki said.

Keisuke started at her, dumbfounded. "That was quick." He said, watching as the entrance of the cave opened.

"Wow!" Mizuki breathed, looking around.

There were high tech devices everywhere, but also a bunch of books, which Mizuki went over to examine as Keisuke went on one of the computers and began to play Run 3.

"Hey, this tab has a video of a Minecraft animation called Wishing Dead!" Keisuke yelled. "And a tab called Blocking Dead, hey there's this Derp on the screen!"

"That's nice." Mizuki said, not at all paying attention, as she stared at the books of whoever lived here was reading.

Mizuki noticed that only two books were completed. 

Strange. She thought, opening the first one: Moonlark Rising.

Moonlark? Mizuki stared at the main character of this book. But this Moonlark was a male, and a red panda.:

Maybe Moonlark was named after this character.

She then picked up the next complete book: Paws of Power.

Meepers? This name seems vaguely familiar. Mizuki thought.

Then she saw the next series, or at least... the books in it.

Mizuki felt sick all of a sudden.

Mizuki turned to Keisuke, "maybe we should go." She said.

Keisuke hesitated, long enough for a brown robotic bear with a black tophat to jump and scream at them.

"OKAY, RUN!" Keisuke yelled as the two bolted.

It was only when they got back when Mizuki realized a few things.

That list was in Moonlark's print.

They forgot to close the entrance

And Moonlark would definitely find out.
