Aisha POV

Today was graduation. I quickly got dressed. I knew that Rhee had already gotten up as usual.

"Good morning Princess," Ma called out.

"Good morning Ma," I shouted back. I sat down.

My dad came and sat next to me.

"Ready for today," he asked me.

"Yes, but a bit nervous," I answered.

"I am so proud of you," he said warmly. "You have finally started to grow up."

"But I will always remain your Princess," I said and hugged me.

I could hear someone sniffing. I turned around and saw my mum. She was getting a bit emotional. Rhea came into the room. She smiled and hugged my mum and Ma hugged her tightly.

It's not my mum, she is our mum.

A voice in my head corrected me. Yes, that's right Aisha! What is wrong with you!

"Both of my girls have grown up," Ma came with Rhea and sat next to me and my dad.

"It's true," Dad laughed. "Ladies always get emotional."

All of us laughed. Dad always made us laugh no matter what the situation is.

Bhaiya and Bhabhi came into the living room.

"Since today is a special day," Bhabhi smiled. "Today's breakfast menu is my special pancakes."

Rhea and I jumped with joy while Kabir Bhaiya's jaw dropped. Ma and Dad looked pleased.

Naina Bhabhi always makes the best pancakes and she is a pretty good cook in general. But the problem is that she doesn't like to cook much. So whenever she cooks, it's a lovely treat.

"You never cook when I ask," Bhaiya protested.

"Maybe Bhabhi loves us more than us," Rhea winked.

"I pity you Bhaiya," I smirked.

"Well all I can say, Kabir, don't mess with girls," Bhabhi said. "I don't like being messed with and I also know how much this household loves my cooking."

"Which happens only once a blue moon," Dad added.

"Exactly Dad," Bhabhi agreed.

"Can we eat now," Bhaiya said.

"You eat so much," Bhabhi complained. "You have gained weight and you are not allowed to eat anything."

"I will eat anything if you don't give it to me, there is always Aisha's and Rhea's plates," Bhaiya smirked.

"Just let him eat once and you can make him fast tomorrow, Kabiru does have a valid point but tomorrow it will be his mother and wife on one team together." Ma suggested.

"Waaaaaah Ma," I laughed. "Now that is another special treat."

After so much drama, we finally had our delicious pancakes. It is my favourite breakfast meal.

"It's nine right now," Ma said. "Get ready for your graduation girls."

The graduation starts at nine thirty which is good. We can make it in time.

"We are already ready," Rhea said and I nodded.

"Let's go then," Dad instructed and all of us hopped into the car and reached the school. We walked to our friends.

"Where were you?" Rohan asked and hugged me.

"Lover Boy was getting worried," Jai added and all of us laughed while Rohan glared.

"I wasn't Jai," he rolled his eyes.

"I was kidding Rockstar," he laughed.

"Some family drama came in between," Rhea laughed. "Will tell you after the graduation. All due to some pancakes."

I saw the others looking at each other with their mouth watering.

"No fair," Pari whined.

"We deserve it too," Raj said.

"Let's ask Bhabhi ji after," Abhi suggested.

"She has to say yes," Ishita agreed.

"Ok, ok the principal is going to address us now," Rohan said. "Let's concentrate."

The principal gave her address. After she finished, she started to call out names. Soon, Abhi's, Pari's, Raj's, Ishita's, Jai's and Rhea's name got called out. I cong

I am so proud of my lovely friends.

Rohan POV

"Now I am very proud to announce a student who has been offered a place in the prestigious Yale school of music," the principal announced.

I could see everyone was clearly fascinated by this one.

"Could I please call Rohan Nanda on the stage," the principal smiled widely.

I went on to the stage. A smile instantly formed in my face. I took my certificate and took a photo with the principal. I went to my friends. Aisha squealed and hugged me.

"I am so proud of you Roh," She hugged me.

While my friends congratulated me and I saw Dad beaming at me and my mum crying with happiness. The principal continued to call out names.

"Now I would like to out someone who topped everyone who therefore scored the highest marks in the grade. Would Aisha Malhotra please come onto the stage?"

My eyes widened as Aisha slowly went on to the stage. She was blushing and collected her certificate.

She came back and sat next to me.

"When did this happen?" I teased.

"It happened alright," she laughed.

"When did you become a 'studyholic'?" I asked and she raised her eyebrows.

"I was only kidding Cupcake," I smiled and enveloped her into a hug. "I am so proud of you."

The graduation ceremony ended and we went to our proud parents. And then we all come back once more.

"CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE," Aisha shouted and hugged everyone. Everyone took turns hugging and congratulating each other.

"Wow Rockstar Nanda," Jai smiled. "You surprised us all. When did you apply for Yale?"

"I did ages ago, but I never thought that I would get in," I smiled.

"The question is why wouldn't you get in Nanda Babu," Pari questioned.

"It's one of the best music schools in the world," I said.

"You are one of the best as well," Aisha smiled.

"All of us are going to different places that we have dreamed of," Rhea sighed. "We all are going to follow our dream job."

"But our friendship will always remain the same," Abhi declared.

"We are not going to get rid of each other so easily," Raj laughed.

"We will always be there for one another even in the future," Ishita stated. "And be together with our loved ones."

Aisha POV

Friendship is the greatest treasure in the world. I feel so blessed to have so many amazing friends who love each other very much and to be with the person you love the most, is something very special indeed. There's no other feeling like it in the world. And if you have been  blessed with amazing friends like I have, make sure you always cherish it.
