The episode starts from shivaay praying by ringing on bell with one hand and other hand by keeping the diya in the other hand and on otherside all of them sitting outside the operation theatre waiting for to doctor came and to something about animals.after few minutes doctor came and says the operation is successful and she is okay you all can see her now. Omru says thank you so much doctor you have done big favour on us by saving our life.
suddenly dadi asked where is billu. Everyone was then noticed shivaay was not there. Khanna was going to temple to pray for anika and shocked to see shivaay condition. So he rushed inside to call Omru inside the hospital everyone are tensed as shivaay is missing. Suddenly Khanna came inside and shouted om sir shivaay sir is in temple please stop him.the whole family along with Omru rushed outside was shocked to see shivaay with hand bleeding ringing the bell and burnt one in another hand and Omru ran towards held his hand and shivaay/bhaiya is fine come and see bhabhi.
shivaay was so happy and ran towards the ward. All ran behind him and saw shivaay entering anika ward. As soon as shivaay entered anika opened her eyes and says shivaay. shivaay was happy to see her opening eyes and hugged her tightly and ask how are you anika. Anika says I am fine shivaay.
Shivaay says anika I love you. Anika was surprised and shocked. Shivaay says anika I  said I love you shivaay. Just then shivaay smashed his lips on her. Anika was shocked and reciprocated and they were kissing each other madly and just then Omru and everyone came inside are shocked to see shivika kissing each other madly and Omru says shivaay/bhaiya and anika bhabhi this is not your bedroom it is hospital and we don't want to see adult film. Shivaay was embrassesd and anika was blushing.
