What is meant to be it's always finds its way..

On a Sunday evening Rea decided to call Neil over Avni's place so that he could take a look around the apartment and also go through the agreement papers as well.

So Rea and Avni is waiting for Neil to be arrived..

R-Avu once Neil would arrive we will call the Agent Dada..he has told me to inform him so that he could bring the agreement papers and all.. because Neil has to go through the clauses before proceeding to finalise the deal..

A-Yup..bt pehle usey ghar to dekhne de..usey pasand ayega tabhi to agreement ki baat hogi..tujhey to dekh k lagrah hai tu usey haa karaye bina nahi choregi..moving to the kitchen sink she chuckled..

R-Jo chahey sochle parr as far as I know him he is gonna fall for this apt.. specially this dinning hall..this is the most amazing part of this flat..this 6th floor South facing view..oooo that cool breeze comes during sunset all the night..

This dinning hall is exactly what I have imagined 🤗

A-Rii U sounds like Agent Dada..she chukled..
At the very moment Rea's pH rang..
R-hello Neil!!ooh u came??u wait I'm coming down because we have to scratch the card on entrance or you wouldn't be allowed to enter inside the compound.. security issues U know..

N-yeah I know I also have the same things in my Andheri flat..so u come fast..I have to park my car..Neil ended the call..

Rea went downstairs to take him inside the compound..

Within few minutes Rea entered the apt along with Neil..Avni was inside her room shutting down the laptop she has opened it before Rea came around 4pm..

Neil was scrolling WhatsApp messages looking down onto his phone..Rea called Avni..

R-Avuu!!
Avni came out of her room and saw him in his most attractive but comfortable attire (I don't know how to explain 🙄)

Neil just then lifted his head from his pH screen.. shifted his eyes to Rea then Avni..
And everything stopped there inside Neil.. for a fraction of second he got lost in her mesmerizing beauty yet simplicity..

She wore a black top deep blue jeans..open hair.. just like this pic..👆

Neil came back to his state when Rea called him and introduced them with each other..

R-Avuu this is Neil..Neil this is Avuu..she smiled looking at both of them..

A-hii..sit..she gestured Neil towards the couch placed in the dinning hall come drawing room..

N-Hello.. Yupp..he moved towards the couch to have his seat.

They discussed few things though most of the time Avniel kept quiet and Rea was the only person talking there..so around 10mims of continuously blabbering Rea finally stopped..

R- Neil let's have a look around the apartment..
she took him to the bedroom first..where Neil gonna be stay..
It's a standard size bedroom not so big not so small enough spacious for a person to stay.. with attached bath..

N-(In his mind)Waaow awesome..this is something I was looking for..perfect.. this feels like home..I mean a home wrapped with warmth of love..

R-That's it..and you have already seen the kitchen come dinning hall come drawing room so that no need to explore any more.. I guess..

N-hummm..Nice..he said looking around the place one more time and landed his gaze on Avni for some second then shifted his eyes on Rea..

Avni smiled a lil looking at him..😐

R-So Neil what did you decide!!

N- I'm gonna staying..he said taking a deep breath..putting both the hands in his pocket..

R-great..she side hugged Neil happily..then I'm calling Agent Dada so that u could have go through the agreement papers..
Rea just about to call the agent but Avni stopped her..Rea was hell confused looking at her..

A-Wait Rii before that I would like to say something..I mean I want to make few things very clear..she said looking at both of them..

Rea and Neil never expected this so they stared at each other confusingly..But Neil was much calm..

R-Now what happen Avu!!

A-l want to make sure about few things between us I mean between both of us Neil and me..she said being lil hesitant..

Rea was about to ask her something more bt Neil stopped Rea placing his hand on her shoulder..

N-yup it's absolutely fine..u may ask..
Avni settled herself a lil keeping some of her hair locks behind her ear..she released a soft sigh then started..

A-thank you and sorry for this interruption..she rolled her eyes at both of them..

Actually I have never thought to stay with a guy sharing my apartment before..ever..
but the things went just opposite my expectations since last month.. because of the current situation I had to take this weird decision so I want to be comfortable if we decide some rules before you step into this place..

Niel was much impressed rather than being irritated with her words regarding the comfort zone..

N-Yeah..feel free.. go head..he said casually..

A-okkay so first thing is..she paused..
U can't bring guys over here whether he is your friend or relatives or any professional folks..

Second u can't get drunk..

3rd-no house partying ..

4rd my Parents come to my place twice in a year they won't allow me to stay with a guy.. even they can't think such things could be happened in their dreams.. so u have to stay in hotels those days when my parents will be here..they don't stay here but they visit my place every evening once I come back from office..
U don't worry hotel room expenses will be adjusted with the house rents partly..

And the last one is..
Do you have any girlfriend??she asked him all of a sudden..

Till now Neil was listening to her with full concentration.. Now he got confused surprised all together..

N-Whattt!!!Why??? Is that also banned or what?? he showed his signature smirk..

A-Nooo u can do whatever u want bt that is all would be outside anywhere else..
U won't be allowed to bring her inside..

Now Neil looked at Rea and then back to Avni..

N-Okkay!!! but may I know why it won't be allowed to bring my girlfriend in MY apartment!? He stressed on the word 'MY'..

A-because I won't be comfortable that someone is making out next beside my room🙄she said pressing her both the eyelids irritatingly..

And that was it.. Rea and Neil looked at eachother and burst into laughter 😂🤣

A-what!!
What so funny..she looked at both of them being irritated..she rolled her eyes went to the kitchen..leaned forward lil on the sink and asked Coffee!!

Somehow they both stopped their laughter and Neil spoke first..

N- Tea!!

Now Avni is hell embarrassed because there is no chaipatti
in the house..(as we all know Avni don't drink chai she likes coffee)

A- I'm sooorry Neil.. III don't have tea because I don't drink tea..so I don't have it..till Rea was here she used to like tea much than coffee so I brought then but it's not here any more..

N- hummm...it's okay koi baat nai u give me a glass of water..

R-So u guys are okay naa.. may I call the Agent dada now..

Yeah!! Avneil said together and smiled three all of them..

So within a few minutes passed Agent dada arrived with the agreement documents and without wasting much time Neil signed all the papers..

R-Arey koi jaldi nahi tha apne lawyer Ko to bulaleta.. Rea said surprisingly..

N-Don't worry I have seen the clauses..ye sab papers dekhte dekhte mujhey bhi bahut kuch samajh agaya hai abto..so chill and I trust u Rii..he smirked looking at Avni..

R-ooh okkay So Welcome to ur new house buddy..

N-Thank you Rea..

Within an hour all formalities has done..Avni handover the spare keys of the main door and his bedroom to Neil..

N-Okkay bye Rii..bye Avni..nice to meet you..I'll be settled within next week..
He said staring Avnii and went towards the door..
But he paused halfway walking towards the door.. turned back..Neil looked at Avni straight keeping his hand on his chest crossed and said..

N-Hey Avni..
Avni furrowed her eyebrows heard him calling her..

N-I don't drink..

I won't do house parties calling my friends over my place when I'm sharing apartment with a girl.. definitely not..

And the most important thing I'm single so making out ka to sawal hi nahi uthta..
Aur raha sawal tumhare Mummy Papa ka I can understand that, I'll manage..

He then turned back and said lil aloud "Bye Avni.. have a nice day.. See u soon.." (uff l just love his swag dude🤗🤗)

Rea smiled sheepishly looking at Avni and went behind him..

R-Arey ruk Neil I'm coming otherwise you won't be able to go outside without swapping the card..she kept blabbering going behind Neil...

Avni rolled her eyes making a whatever look on her face🙄😏
