You're walking around town, just listening to tunes or putting posts online.

You suddenly see something speed by you

It looked like a robot bug of some kind

You shrug it off, thinking it's someone's toy

Soon you hear and see more of them as well as robots based off of bees flying nearby

Just when you question where this is all coming from, you see him

A tall, bald man wearing a red coat, black boots, dark glasses and a big brown mustache

He's riding a hovercraft of some kind

You soon realize that your neighborhood is under attack!

Today, we're pitting you, the average joe, against Dr Eggman, the scientist with an IQ in robotics

So apparently you picked the wrong neighborhood to move into that just so happens to be the battleground of a hero and an evil scientist

While Sonic is usually the one fighting him, you don't know why he hasn't shown up yet

Maybe someone hasn't told him?

Maybe he's on the other side of the world right now?

(Or maybe You vs Sonic is canon and you killing Sonic actually happens?)

Whatever the case, it looks like you and your community are on your own

But you can't just let him take over, because you really don't want to be a slave or turned into a robot or cyborg

To defeat your enemy, you must know your enemy

Dr Eggman was originally known as Dr Ivo Robotnik

The Robotnik family has been well known in the science community through his grandfather, Gerald Robotnik

Unfortunately, their legacy was ruined when the government came and shut down the projects Gerald was working on

To add more to Ivo's fire, his cousin, Maria, was killed in the raid, while Gerald was captured and later killed by a firing squad

To honor his grandfather, Ivo decided to accomplish his grandfather's dream of better world through science

Unfortunately, we all know how governments are to accepting change

Ivo decided instead to takeover the world so he could make the perfect utopia possible

He was going to use the Chaos Emeralds to power a rip off of the Death Star, but there was a blue problem

Sonic the hedgehog came and stopped his plans for the first time, throwing Ivo into a new destiny

Defeat after defeat, Ivo became more obsessed with killing Sonic, making his schemes more reckless with every attempt

Eventually, Sonic called him Eggman after joking about his weight making him look like an egg

We can't blame Sonic, anyone can find it funny sometimes

So now you know who he is, but what will he throw against you?

While Eggman has countless robots and an IQ of 300, he won't be going all out on you

Eggman's greatest weakness is his pride and ego

This made him ALWAYS underestimate his opponents and ultimately fail

For this fight, we'll setting it up into 4 rounds

Round 1) Regular bots (Egg pawns and Moto Bugs

Round 2) Flying bots (Buzz Bombers)

Round 3) Heavy bots (SWAT bots)

Round 4) Eggman himself

Let's start with round 1

Egg pawns are small and red, while mimicking Eggman's looks some

They usually dress up with a theme and have a weapon that fits it, but you're fighting normal ones

Moto bugs are small metal robot bugs that travel on one wheel

They aren't too fast, but you'll still need to be quick on your feet for them

Both are relatively simple in their approach of charging at you and attacking

To combat Egg pawns, I'd recommend fighting with a metal bat or anything long

Remember, they have armor that's mostly resistant to most average guns

You could shoot the Moto Bugs wheels, but that'll take talent for a perfect shot, something you don't have

After taking them down, check to see if any Egg pawns have a weapon you could use

Next up are the flyers, which are the Buzz Bombers

These are able to zoom around you and shoot you with a small laser blaster

It's obviously best not to engage up front with them

Your best shot is to move your fighting location to an area with limited space in the air

With their ability to dodge hindered, you can take them out by either shooting their wings or using the weapon you picked up from the Egg pawns

Next up is the heavy robots, which will be the SWAT bots

While more durable than the rest, it also makes it slower than them when moving

They're also equipped with an arm canon

They usually work best in squads

This is where your bat or the weapon you stole would come in handy

Stay hidden and take them out in secret, one at a time

After that, feel free to tear one of their arm canons off to use as an additional weapon

Now you're ready to fight Eggman!

Instead of using massive robots, Eggman will be using the classic wrecking ball for this fight

As much as Eggman would want to end this quickly, he knows he's not going up against Sonic or some OC

He's going up against YOU, a normal human

Eggman is going to underestimate you since you've never fought him before

This fight is where your dodgeball training will work

Just dodge around him and shoot him when you get an opening

Eggman's egg mobile leaves him exposed, so don't miss the opportunity

Or you could also use the arm canon you stole and constantly shoot the egg mobile

If you destroy it, Eggman will have no choice but to retreat

But he won't be getting away, since you're a good shot

Go for a final headshot to Eggman.....sealing the fight for good

Congratulations! You saved the world from an evil, scientific dictator!

Now the world's military can destroy what's left of the Eggman Empire and secure peace and freedom

Eggman may be a genius, but his ego ultimately became his Achilles heel
