~Danny's POV~

After I made up an excuse to get off the phone, I took a seat on my bed.

Now, don't get me wrong, I do have to get ready for work and stuff, but I panicked.

I sighed and leaned against the wall, tossing my pillow to the side.

I crossed my legs and put my hands on top of my nee's.

I inhaled deeply, letting my body relax. While doing so, I put up my barriers.

My barriers help ghost to not be able to sense me, but what goes around, comes around.

It's like this, I seem like a normal human to ghost because they are unable to sense my ghost half 'cause I'm blocking it out. The same goes for me though. I'm not able to tell when a ghost is by unless they practically announce it. This kinda works when I'm in my ghost half, but the sense will still go off if a ghost gets to close.

This way also blocks Dan out. Although that does not stop him from attacking when I'm at my weakest. He likes to interrupt my dreams. Dan will try to attack whenever I let my guard down, so I need to rebuild my mental walls, along with a container to block out my unusual energy.

If I focus, I can even block out my ectoplasmic energy enough to make the green in my blood disappear when I bleed. Learned this neat tricks during my time with the GIW.

They warn't the only ones experimenting.

I somehow managed to escape two years ago when some dimwit set off the alarms. I don't know who it was, but I feel bad for them if they were caught.

I got out along with at least half of the other ghosts there. But there weren't just ghosts being kept there.

During the time I spent in my cell there, I met a few... interesting, people.

Dunno if they made it or not.

After a few minutes of repairing my mind, I got off my bed with a grunt.

I slipped on a shirt and a pair of pants, obviously not my good pair which I wore yesterday.

In case you're wounding about my education, I'm taking online classes, which also takes from my income.

It's amazing what you can do with a tad bit of hacking, thank you Tucker, by the way.

I went to work and had my usual beat down before going to get my check for the week sense it's Friday, after all.

On my way to the store, which I had already payed most the bills for this month, I felt like I was being followed. I ducked through a few allies, investigating a few pockets and helping a old man along with two lost kids, to try and get rid of the feeling of being followed.

It didn't work.

If anything, it got worse.

The old man gave me twenty bucks for saving him though!

I already got three hundred and seventy five dollars from work. I work fifty hours a week. So now have that plus the twenty, along with the total of sixty I took from the crooks in the ally. Also, I can't forget the pills I took off of two of them! The good stuff too.

Can't wait to use 'em.

A shiver went through my spine as I walked through the main doors entering one of the many grocery stores on the corner of the street.

I looked around for a few minutes.

A guy with a gray hoodie came in after a few minutes with the hood over his head. I don't bother to think much of it because there was also quite a few people in here, and, I too, am wearing a hoodie, although red, with the hood up. So who am I to judge?

I picked up five apples, three cans of pees, two cans of corn, seven bananas, all in a bundle, a bag of six rolls of toilet paper, some more soap, tooth paste, and some sowing needles with thread so I can patch up any holes that appear in my clothing.

What?

So I sow sometimes!

Leave me alone.

Don't give me that look.

Stop it!

I know you're laughing right now!!

I'm watching you.

I scowled slightly at the person I could not see, but I know that's internally laughing at me.

I proceeded to take my items up to the register and payed a total of fifty dollars. The employee bagged up my items for me to take, and I was on my way. The feeling of being watched and followed never leaving.

I went over to one of the orphanages I go to the most and put a hundred dollars in an envelope, which is placed on the door mat, and rung the door bell. I quickly left after I heard the patter of feet making their way to the door.

Every Friday, when I get payed, I make sure to give some money to others. Yes, this may not help my financial situation at all, but this is my way of giving back and helping others. You know, making others feel happy.

To lose the people, that I believe, are following me, I grabbed onto my grocery bags and ducked into a near by store. I made sure this store was one of those big super market stores. I headed straight to the boys bathroom.

Once there, I turned invisitange and went through the walls and back to my house.

Once I felt like I had lost them for sure, I hid and became a solid and visible mass once more.

Once I made it home safe and sound with no more stalker like vibes coming at me, I ate a banana and put my food away before catching up on some homework.

Hey guys! So, apparently my mother wants to read my book and... I don't like how I feel about that so... I'm making a fake book, which I might post if I like it, so she won't read about all the stuff up in here... Hope you enjoyed this chapter and thanks for the votes and any comments! (Please comment! I like reading comments!(Hate is welcomed)) Does anyone ever actually read these because I'm thinking no...? Anyway, until next time, bye!
