I was so confused on what just happened ? Is he dead I was so confused or am I seeing things?

" Look I just want to say I'm sorry ok " he said

He then left without saying why he's sorry for I didn't care anyways so I just got my phone and listened to perfect- by Ed sheren . The song finished .  I then saw Marco sit down next to my bed
" I have to tell you something " he said
" what? "
" I know you saw what just happened when Sam went through me and I'm not dead but your the only one that can see me "
" I don't get it? "
" I'm like a ghost but you can see me and I'm not dead "
" I still don't get it "

After that I went to sleep because I was tired of the long day I had.
I woke up and saw Marco his head was on my lap he looked so cute . I might not remember him but his face looked like I seen it before when I was younger . I touched his hair and it was so soft  wait what am I doing? Aaaaaaa this is just weird . I got my phone and headphones and put in them I just listened to music. Sam walked in the room with a number face he got me some flowers
They looked ummm ok then he left without saying anything. !Marco woken up from his sleep and I told if we can spend time together he said yes
I'm very surprised how much Marco and !e have an commen . I was really happy when I didn't have to were a hospital gown anymore. When I went back to my room Marco sat down and out of know were Sam came in my room.
" umm can I tell you something? " Sam said
" yup! "
" ummm"
" do you want to be my girlfriend?! " he said
