"Mark? How'd you get my number?"

"Claire gave it to me, I just wanted to call you by my own accord, how have been?" You were surprised to hear him talking to you so nonchalantly. You two sparked up a short conversation and you tried your best to politely hang up since you finally had time to talk with your other friends and you didn't want to miss out.

"Yeah, Heights alliance is pretty cool." You said with a small laugh.

"Hey if you keep telling me all about the cool things you guys have I'll transfer to Japan." He joked to which you laughed along.

"Sure, you can come here but just be ready for me to kick your butt!" You challenged with a smirk.

"Looks like being with your friends makes you more confident huh Y/n."

"You could say that."

"Hahaha well, I'd better get going, the class is about to start, talk to you later."

"Yeah, it was nice talking to you Mark, bye." You then hang up and look over at Todoroki. "Come on, I don't wanna leave you out of the fun." You took him by his wrist and teleported him to your room. "Now I'm sure I left that present here somewhere.

As you looked around Todoroki couldn't help how effortlessly you would call everyone by their first name and honestly, he was kinda feeling left out.

"Found it!" You took out the box from under your bed and got some scissors to cut it open. "Here you go, Hope you like it." You handed it over and he inspected it carefully.

It's a silver bracelet.

"Um..."

"Oh! Right, I got it personalized, It doesn't matter on which hand you put it on 'cause it's resistant to low and high temperatures. It's also got an engraving on the inside." You pointed out. Todoroki was honestly curious and took a look and it said, 'My power, My will'. He then looked up to you and your smiling face, waiting to see what he would say.

"I...really love it. Thank you." He was at a loss for words but that was enough to make your stomach flip and your heart race.

"I'm really glad you liked it, I was really worried about what to get you since I really didn't know much of you likes or dislike so... There it is." He smiled at you, making your heat speed up even more.

"I really do like it Y/n, thank you." He reached over and surprised you by giving the initiative to give a hug. You gladly returned it and gave him a tight squeeze. "By the way," He let you go and held onto your arm. "'I'd prefer if you'd call me by my first name too." You raised your eyebrows in surprise from his sudden request.

"Oh, sure thing Shoto." You said innocently but you suddenly flinched back when your arm was getting too hot.

"Sorry! Sorry about that..." Shoto looked away in embarrassment and let you go and scratched the back of his head. "We should head back down with the others." He turned around so you wouldn't see his flushed face.

"Right, let's go." You were about to reach out for his hand but then thought it would be best to just hold onto his shoulder. You two teleported back to the lounge room and walked over to the others.

"Hey Y/n! We're just thinking about taking a look at the guy's rooms!" Mina said excitedly. You were intrigued and followed the others as you all walked from room to room.

When you all reached Todo- I mean Shoto's room, you were aw struck.

"How the hell did you get to remodel your room?!" You exclaimed seeing the Japanese themed room.

"With hard work."

The fuck?!

Then it was the girl's turn and you showed your room too but it was pretty ordinary, it just had your favorite color decorations.

And so another day ended, you were all worn out and you knew that this was your last day before you would all continue your classes and training. It was almost 10 pm and you were heading up the stairs with Shoto and the others from the floor. You said goodnight to everyone and then you turned your attention to Shoto.

"Goodnight Y/n." Shoto said in his usual stoic tone.

"Wait, can I talk to you for a second?" You asked nervously to which he took notice.

"Sure." You waited until you heard the doors of the other click shut.

Just take a deep breath Y/n, you can do this. Just remember what Tifany said, it's now or never...

"What did you want to talk about?" He asked, not suspecting a thing.

"I've been meaning to tell you that," You bunched up the hem of your jacket in your hands making Shoto nervous as to what you had to say.

"Are, you oka-"

"That I like you!" You blurted out not being able to contain it any longer. Shoto looked at you somewhat confused yet surprised but answered nonetheless.

"I...like you too." You looked up and him, completely taken off guard by his answer.

"Re-Really?" You took a small step forward just as he did.

"Well, yeah, you're really nice and caring," He smiled at you kindly. "Who wouldn't like you?" You blinked a few times not really understanding what he was getting at.

"Wait, do you understand what I mean when I say that I like you?" You asked just in case.

"As in 'like who you are'? Yes, I like you, you're a really close friend of mine."

Friend.

"Right." You breathed with an awkward chuckle. "Yeah, thanks Shoto." You smiled at him but somehow, he noticed it was somewhat forced.

"Why? What did you mean-"

"Oh! I'd better get going, my mom was gonna Skype me around this time, I'd better get back to my room." You waved at Shoto. "Bye." You then thought of your room and within milliseconds you were there.

You flopped on your bed from exhaustion; from using your Quirk all of today, confessing and getting flat out rejected.

"I knew it was too good to be true." You mumbled while burying your face in your pillow.

You woke up to the sound of knocking at your door.

"5 more minutes.." You complained.

"Y/n, the class is gonna start in 5 minutes..." You hear Tsuchan say on the other side.

"WHAT?!" You turned on your light and looked at your phone. "Gah I still had the American time!" You shouted.

"See you in class." You heard Tsu walk away and you hurried yourself to get changed. Once your uniform was on you brushed your teeth and grabbed your bookbag.

Classroom classroom classroom!!

You then appeared at the front door and tripped forward. You groaned in pain and slowly got up only to see everyone in their seats and Aizawa at front.

"You barely made it." He commented.

"Morning to you too." You carefully stood up and then dusted yourself off. You walked over to your seat and laid your head on your desk.

"Rough morning?" Izuku asked next to you.

"I had my alarm for 7 am American time." You let out a sigh. You really didn't pay much attention to what Aizawa and figured you would catch on eventually but everyone suddenly jumped up cheering.

"Alright everyone get into your costumes and head out." You let out a sigh and stood up to do as Aizawa said. On the way there Izuku explained that for the remaining ten days of vacation you would all be at the Gym Gamma Kitchen training lab to perfect your quirks.

Yaaaayyy....note the sarcasm.

You let out a yawn as you all stood at the entrance while Aizawa instructed everyone that they would be creating their ultimate moves. Ectoplasm along with Cementos and Midnight was there to help everyone out.

"Alright, everyone get to their section." You looked around and everyone started walking away but you never heard Aizawa say anything to you. He noticed you looked like a lost child and walked over to you.

"You'll be working with me." He stated with his hands in his pockets. You nodded your head and went along with him. "What's up with you?" He asked seeing how you weren't as energetic as always. You glance over to your left and watched as Shoto already started practicing.

"I just woke up on the wrong side of the bed today."
