"Here you go. It was delicious, and I think I'm speaking for all of us," I said as I paid for the dinner we had just had in one of the best restaurants in Cairo, and looked over my shoulder to see the rest of the gang, still sitting at the table close to the bar.

They nodded. "It was absolutely delicious!" they said. The man thanked us and I turned around to walk back to the others.

Two big amethyst eyes were staring at me, enchanting me all at once. The most beautiful man in the world, my soulmate, my aibou.

Everyone stood up, and we left the restaurant, beginning to walk back to our hotel. The sky had already darkened and the stars were visible.

He walked beside me, just like he had always done, since the day that we met.

Cairo. The city had something magical. The people, the fragrances, the colors, the Nile...

I had wanted to go here for a while, and now Yugi and the rest were done with school, he decided to go on a trip to Cairo. We had been here for a few days now, but there was still one thing I had to do, and I felt tonight was the perfect evening to do it.

Yugi and I were walking in front of everyone else, and when I suddely stopped walking in the middle of the street, they stopped walking too.

I coughed. "If it's not too much to ask from you, I really want to take Yugi somewhere," I said. "You can go back to the hotel now, if you want, then we'll catch up with you guys later."

"That's alright, we'll see you later," Tristan said.

Joey nodded and together with Tristan and the others he walked back to our hotel.

Yugi was looking at me with his beautiful twinkling eyes. "Where are you taking me?" he asked.

"You'll see," I smiled. I put my hands in my pockets and walked into an alley that led to another big street, and Yugi followed me.

It wasn't a long walk, I had walked it yesterday evening, just to make sure it was good to walk.

Yugi smirked while looking at my face. I looked the other way, just to make it a bit more mysterious for him.

"Why are you only taking me with you?" he asked me.

"Just be patient, little one," I teased.

He sighed.

"Don't worry, we're almost there," I said.

Yugi smiled at me and I was so greatful that it was night, so that he couldn't see my red cheeks.

He was just so perfect. Every inch of him was perfect.

The street had ended, and we were staring over the shiny water, that was reflecting the big moon and the stars.

Yugi gasped. "It's beautiful, Yami," he whispered.

I walked over to the scaffolding and at the end of it, floated the little wooden boat. At the rear of the boat hung a lamp, and I lit the candle with one of the matches I had in my pocket.

Then I gestured Yugi that he had to come over. He raised his eyebrow, but when he saw that I was pointing towards the boat, his eyes grew big.

"Are we going to sail?" he asked surprised.

I nodded and jumped off the scaffolding, into the boat. I reached out for his body, and while laughing, Yugi let himself fall into my arms.

I caught him and set him down on one of the planks that served as benches. Then I grabbed one of the paddles and pushed the little boat away from the staffolding.

Then I began rowing the boat to the middle of the Nile.

Yugi put his finger in the water, leaving a trail when the boat moved. He turned around to look at me, and caught me staring at him.

"What are you doing?" he asked me with a shy voice.

"I'm just looking at you," I said.

He looked down at his feet.

I stopped rowing and laid the paddles back into the boat.

I grabbed Yugi by his shoulders and turned him around so that our knees touched and I was looking into his eyes.

By the light of the candle I could see him turn red, and I smiled at how beautiful he looked.

I took his hands in mine. He looked at what I did, his eyes followed my movements, but he didn't resist me.

"I wanted to tell you how much you mean to me," I whispered.

He looked me in my eyes, dazzling me.

"You have always been there for me, aibou. Whatever I did, you believed in me. We have been through much together, side by side, and I wouldn't change anything if I could do it all over again. And now I want you to know, that I could have never done it without you. You have always supported me, you have always listened to me when I needed someone to listen, you have given me advice and you have given me a true friend. No, more than a friend aibou, I love you. Yes, I love you. And I will love you now, and I will love you tomorrow, and I will love you forever, dear Yugi."

He squeezed my hands while a tear was rolling down his cheek. "You're everything I could've ever wished for," he whispered into my ear after pulling me into a thight hug. He laid his head on my shoulder.

I closed my eyes in relief. I wrapped my arms around his tiny waist and pulled him even closer to me.

He pulled back his head and looked me in my eyes.

"I love you too," he whispered.

It felt like my heart was about to burst apart, like fireworks. I laid my hand on the back of his head and I carefully placed my lips on his.

He giggled and wrapped his arms around my neck, pushing his tongue into my mouth. "Yami," he moaned.

I loved the way he moaned my name. It made me only want him more. I kissed him harder.

He tasted so good. He was all I had been wishing for.

Our tongues battled and Yugi turned out to be really good at it. His kiss was passionate, and I bet that if you had been there, you would have seen the sparks flying around.

He slowly broke our kiss and slowly opened his eyes. He took a deep breath.

"That was amazing," he whispered into my ear while he laid his head on my shoulder again. I leant back and lied down, with him lying on my chest.

"I love you," I whispered as I stroked his hair.

"I love you too, mou hitori no boku. More than you could ever imagine," he said.

To be continued...
