It was in the beginning of spring.

In the meadow, all the colorful flowers began to bloom, the sun shone and the dewdrops danced on the blades of grass.

We were laying there, on our soft bed of grass.

He had wrapped his hands around me and he had placed his lips on my forehead.

His eyes had been closed, and so had mine.

Life would be amazing if this was forever.

"Tell me how much you love me," he said while kissing me on my forehead.

"You know I can't describe how much I love you, Yami," I said.

"Please try."

I opened my eyes and tried to look him in his eyes, only to find them closed. I sighed. "I love you more than anything else in the world. We've been together for a while now, but everytime I see you, I feel butterflies in my stomach, every single time. Every kiss we share feels as exiting as the first one. I can't imagine living without you."

He lifted up my head with his finger and opened his eyes. "You're my biggest treasure, my love. I will protect you with my life. I feel enchanted everytime I look in your eyes, and everytime you touch me I only want you more. I can't get enough of you, aibou. I love you now and I will love you forever."

I leaned towards him and placed my lips on his, very careful. He placed his hands around my neck and I placed mine on the back of his head.

Then we closed our eyes again.

Yami umclosed my lower lip with his lips and then slowly let it go. He repeated a few times and I just let him go his way. Eventually he let his tongue slip in my mouth and let it run over my own, very slowly and careful.

The kiss wasn't wild or passionate. It was tender and pure.

I don't know how long we kissed. Maybe a minute. Maybe ten. Or maybe an hour.

It didn't matter.

He could have me forever if he wanted.

"Yami?"

"Yes, aibou?"

"What if I fall?"

"I will catch you," he whispered in my ear and my skin tingled by the touch of his warm breath.

"And what if I lose myself?"

"I'll find you again."

"But what if I lose you?"

"Good one, aibou. You won't."
