Jesse's pov

"Jesse. I miss you" Shancy happily greeted me and immediately hugged me as I returned the gesture. She rubbed her head in my chest lovingly like a cat does to it owner

"Hi, Shancy. You are very fond of me today, huh?" I said and patted her head. I know she likes when I do it. She made a sound that resembled a purr.

Something was different about her in these last days.

Today Shancy didn't budge when Jaden ask her to duel several times until Natasha told him to leave her alone, the afternoon classes she was barely awake, she was more quiet and serene than usual although there is time she is the opposite and she had been cuddling with me a lot.

I think Shancy was in that time of the month. She acts like that in that time.

"Hey, Jess. Wanna duel me?" Jaden asked. Oddly, Shancy hugged me tighter and hissed at my friend. My girlfriend becomes a cat when that time arrives.

"Jess. What's wrong with your girl?" Jaden questioned, backing away from Shancy. She scared him.

"She hasn't been her in these days. So you better not annoy her" I replied. I couldn't say my girlfriend was with period for three reasons:

First, Jaden wouldn't get it and probably doesn't know about it.

Second, you never say that your girlfriend is with period or she gets mad.

Lastly, I wanna live.

"Okay. Do you want to duel?" Jaden proposed cheerfully with a goofy smile in his face.

"Jaden. I woul-" I was cut out by a growl.

"No. Back off" Shancy let me go and hissed very annoyed. She walked closer to Jaden as he stepped back. "Leave him alone. He is mine"

"Shancy. I know Jesse is your boyfriend. I just want to duel him" Jaden tried to reasoned. Wrong move, dude.

"Jaden. I don't think it's a good idea to oppose Shancy" I said concerned about my friend's life.

Once again Shancy hissed and attempted to scratch the brown haired boy's face with her claws, I meant, nails.

"Hi, guys. Hi, Jaden" Natasha said and she arrived in the right time. Jaden hid behind the girl using her as a shield. "What are you doing, Jay?"

"It's Shancy. She wants to kill me" Jaden responded pointing to the said person dramatically.

"What?" Natasha eyed Shancy and said "Hi, girl. How are you?"

"Hi, Natty. I am fine" Shancy's expression changed to a more soft one and went to hug her friend. Natasha did the same.

"She is good now. Do you want to duel, bro" Jaden commented as he poked Shancy's cheek. She hissed and bit his finger but Jaden dodged it on time. "She is good to Jesse and Natasha but me. Why?"

"I think I will pass. I want to hang out with my girl" I smiled sympathetically and brought Shancy to my arms for Jaden's safety.

"Okay. Good luck, bro. I will just go there" Jaden said running away. Natasha went after him.

I sighed and patter her hair to ease her nerves. It worked.

"Wanna cuddle?" I asked and Shancy nodded with a big smile.

Truth to my word, we went to my room and cuddle as we did it, the time flew slow. Honestly, it was relaxing and peaceful.

Shancy fell asleep a long time ago. With my fingers, I carefully caressed her face and redrew over her facial features.

"Jesse..." She whispered my name in her sleep. It was cute.

"Jesse is mine"

The last words got me by surprise.

I tightened my embrace on her, kissed her forehead and mumbled "I am yours and you are mine"

Shancy, my lovely girlfriend, is a cat.

The requests are closed. I won't take more because I will start the internship tomorrow and I have to study for exams. The updates might be slow in all my books, I am not sure. I won't be online like I do. Only at night.

Well, pray for me, blossoms. I hope I will survive in the internship. I will work as a waitress in a hotel for almost 2 months.
