Hello, my blossoms

The first update after school started.

In the camp, the teenagers from all different dimensions reunited in the place. The fire was the only source of light without counting the dim illumination of the stars and the moon from the beautiful night sky.

Emiko decided to sit next to Yuya, he acknowledged her presence.

"Hey, Yuya." Emiko spoke up. "What's wrong?"

"My life, my head. Everything." He replied. Emiko gave a look to her friend to explain and not blabled around. He sighed. "Yuzu and Sora are together."

"Isn't that good? I mean, she seems to be happy with him." Emiko said.

"Yeah, it does but..." Yuya looked down at the fire while it light shone his face.

"I am happy for them but I still love Yuzu." Yuya rested his arms in his kneels.

"Does Sora make her happy?"

"Yes, he does. Yuzu is happy with him. I wish I was the one to make her smile and laugh." He replied.

"Then you could fight for her heart. It's the only choice left or..."

Yuya straighted his back and glanced at the lilac haired girl next to him.

"Meet a new girl and make her smile. Another chance at love. I am sure you will find a new love soon." Emiko said and stood up from her spot.

"Emi?"

"Hmmn." She hummed.

"Did you ever have a first love that was unrequited and didn't  respond back to your feelings?" Yuya asked, his usual smiling face became serious.

"I did. However I moved on and met a new person." She replied. Yuya looked at her curious, his crimson eye opened wider at the next moment. "Yuya, I used to be in love with you."
Emiko giggled and walked away to Yuri, who looked at her with different eyes. They were full of admiration, bright and more colorful while Emiko returned the gaze.
She put her hands in his cheeks, leaned in and kissed him.

"What was that?" Yuri asked and frowned. His eyebrows rose a bit.

"Do I need a reason to kiss my boyfriend?" Emiko giggled at his face. His cheeks were red like cherry blossoms. She turned around to leave the place.

"No, you don't?" Yuri replied despite ut sounded more like a question. Then realised something. "Wait. Hold up! When did I accept to be your boyfriend? Not that I don't mind." Yuri said as he followed Emiko, who was giggling at the last part.

Yuya watched the scene unfold and smiled at his childhood friend. Newfound hope filled his heart.

"Maybe I will find love again." He whispered to the starry night, one star twinkled at his statement.

Shancy:
I have meant to write this short story for a while and I finally did. Before I didn't know which person to ship Emiko with but I think she looks with Yuri.

Yeah, I know Yuri is sarcastic and his personality is different from Emiko, who is cheerful and nice. But isn't that what make them a cute ship?
