While walking around the destroyed city of the future, Zamasu amd Goku Black looked very pleased with themselves after what they did and to make sure that no more mortals were still alive. They thought that mortals did not deserve to live because of all the sins they have caused to the world, in their mind they would be the ones to eradicate their existence from the world so that peace would be restored.

As they were walking down a deserted pile of rubble, they heard a slight sound coming from the rubble. Zamasu stops and surveys the surrounding area, but then peaks in the rubble to uncover a ( color) blanket. He looks puzzled at it and he pokes it with is finger only to have it move a slight bit.

Zamasu flinches and he picks up the bundle in his arms and turns it over to find a human ( boy/ girl) in it. Zamasu looks stunned as he furrowed his eyes looking at the child. Then the child opens their eyes and peers up at Zamasu and smiles, cooing and giggling. Zamasu looks at the child in question and then tenses when he feels the child hand wrap around his finger.

" What are you doing mortal child?" He says looking down at the human baby in his arms. The baby reaches out for him, and looking at Zamasu with an expression of pure joy.

Zamasu ponders on if he should kill the baby, but then thought that the child was cold, alone and has no one, and maybe he could raise a mortal to be like him and Goku Black. Zamasu smiles down at the child and snuggles it close to his chest. He begins to walk back to the cabin him and Black live and as he was walking , Goku Black saw him and looked at the bundle in his arms.

"What is that you have Zamasu?"

"A human baby.", he replies nonchalantly.

Goku Black widens his eyes, "What?!?!"
Zamasu looks over at Black.
"Why would you have a mortal, the very species we despise?"

Zamasu looks down at the child and sighs, "I'm not going to kill them." He said.

"Why not?" "Have you gone soft Zamasu?"

Zamasu glares over at Black and without hesitation says "No I haven't, I just want to raise this child as my own."

Goku Black looks down at the child and walk up to Zamasu and puts his hand out for the baby to grab. The baby grabs Black's finger and giggles cooing. Black's eyes widen and then he gently smiles down at the baby and laughs aittle.

"Now I see why you want to keep them." He looks over at Zamasu and smiles, "they are cute."

Zamasu nods, "we should head back to the cabin."

Black nods and they don't to walk towards the cabin.

~Time Skip~

Zamasu and Black made it back to the cabin, the baby was asleep in Zamasu's arms. Zamasu smiles down at the baby and kisses the top of their head and walks into the living room and lays the baby down on the couch and goes into the kitchen and fixes some food for he baby.

He comes out with a bottle of milk and picks up the child. The child began to open their eyes and smiles up at Zamasu. Zamasu smiles warmly at the baby and gives the bottle to them and they began to drink the milk happily and content. Zamasu begins to sway the baby gently while the baby ate. Black comes into the room and sees Zamasu, he smiles and walks over to him.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm feeding them, I'm sure they were hungry."

Black nods and stoked the baby's cheek with his finger and the baby began to close their eyes being lulled to sleep. Zamasu stops swaying and he holds the baby close to his chest letting them rest, he kisses their cheek and then goes into another room placing the child down in a crib, smiling more looking down at the peacefully sleeping baby.

Zamasu began to think of a name for the baby,

'what should I name you?'

He began to think but then he got a great name for them, "I'll call you (Y/N), my (son/ daughter)."

He leaned down and kissed (y/n)'s forehead,

"Goodnight (y/n), sweet dreams."
