Hey guys, I decided to use a song from one of my favorite Halloween/Christmas movie: The Nightmare Before Christmas ^^ (Alao this will be a short story ^^) So in this story (Y/N) is like Sally from the movie who deeply cares about Zamasu.

Also, sorry if this isn't great and it's cringy T~T. 

(Y/N)'s POV

"Master Gowasu, why do we protect the mortals?"  I heard Zamasu ask Gowasu as we were sitting at the table drinking tea. I looked over at Zamasu, worry was apparent on my face. Ever since I've met Zamasu, he's always had this vision of a world without mortals, and he would always share his ideals with me, it always worried me..........

"Well Zamasu, it is our duties as Supreme Kais to watch over the mortal's lives." Gowasu said in a firm tone, putting his cup of tea down on the table. Zamasu, furious with his master's response stood up in a rush,

"But the mortals are not worthy of our protection, they are a disease to this world and must be exterminated-"

"Zamasu! Enough with this," Gowasu exclaimed as he stood up, glaring at his apprentice's behavior, "We look after the mortals because it is our job and that is final, do I make myself clear?"

"....Yes Master Gowasu." Gowasu nodded as he turned around to go towards the Kai house. He stopped beside me and turned his head,

"Miss (Y/N), could you talk to Zamasu, he would probably listen to you, and I want you to get his mind of his ideals, if you don't mind?"

"..Yes sir." With that he left and went into the house.

'I sense there's something in the wind

That feels like tragedy's at hand

And though I'd like to stand by him

Can't shake this feeling that I have

The worst is just around the bend'

I looked over at Zamasu and saw that he was quiet and looking down, like he was in deep thought. I carefully walked over to him and lightly touched his shoulder,

"......Zamasu? Are you ok?"

"(Y/N) do you think I'm a fool?"

"Of course not Zama-"

"Do you believe that I can rid the evils of this world?" He turns and stares at me with nothing but seriousness and.....something else in his eyes.

"Well Zamasu, I believe you can but-"

"Then that's all I need to hear, thank you my dear." He smiles and turns around walking towards the house, leaving me to my own thoughts. I sighed sadly as I turned around watching him walk away, 'Zamasu......what are you planning? Please don't do anything drastic....'

'And does he notice, my feelings for him?

And will he see, how much he means to me?

I think it's not to be'

I began walking around the the Kai planet lost in my own mind. 'My dear Zamasu, I care about you and I would hate to see you get hurt from this path you are choosing, I feel like this is a mistake, you can battle evil but just not this way.....please there must be another way. I sense nothing good can come of this, I have these visions of your ideas and I see nothing but flames and two shadows, shadows that reek of evil intentions. I hope that it doesn't come true...... I stopped my pace as I faced the only tree on this planet, it's rose petals falling from the branches.

"My dear Zamasu.." I whispered as a tear fell from my eye.

'What will become of my dear friend?

Where will his actions lead us then?

Although I'd like to join the crowd

In their enthusiastic cloud

Try as I may it doesn't last'

A few hours passed and I was sitting under the huge tree, reading one of my books getting immersed into the tragic love story between the characters when a shadow loomed over me, blocking the light, stopping me from reading. I looked up to see it Zamasu, smiling sickly at me. I quickly stood up,

"What is it Zamasu?"

"Hehe dear (Y/N), I found a way to make my ideal world come true, I will get rid of all the mortals in the universe! And it starts by killing Master Gowasu" My eyes widened in fear and worry,

"Zamasu....Please don't this..."

"Ah but my dear (Y/N) this will be carried out and it will succeed."

"Please Zamasu, nothing good is going to come of this."

"Yes there will be ," His glare felt like daggers going through me, which made my heart sink seeing this expression on his face. " A peaceful, beautiful world without mortals to taint it, and nothing is going to stop my righteous justice from becoming a reality." He turns and walks away from me.

"But it seems wrong to me Zamasu..." I sighed again as I again watched him walk away from me...

'And will we ever, end up together?

Oh'

I ran after him, grabbing his his arm lightly. He halted his pace and without turning to look at me he asked,

"What is it (Y/N)?"

"Please....there must be some other way to do this without spilling the blood of others...please." I stepped in front of him to see his facial expression, he just looked at me with no emotion his his eyes.

"It seems you don't actually believe in me (Y/N)."

"No Zamasu, I just know there has to be another way-"

"There is no other way (Y/N) and you know this. I've had this planned out and nothing is going to stop me...not even you." He brushed past me and walked off. Tears welled up in my eyes, 'Oh Zamasu...if only you would see I care about you and I just don't want anything bad to happen to you......I love you......'

'And will we ever

End up together?

No, I think not, it's never to become

For I am not the one'

And finished ^^ I hope you guys like it. And I need to be honest with you guys: I almost thought about just quitting, like not writing anymore because when I read back on my books I just kinda cringe a bit. But something stopped me from doing that and it was because of you guys, your comments on my books just make me smile a lot, saying how you guys like the stories and asking for a Part 2 to some of them, and this keeps me going and inspiring me to keep writing. And I know I haven't been writing in a while and I apologize for that. Thank you guys for your support of my books ^^
