(Let's get this started. Yay!)

Part 1 — Problem

"Zap! Open your door!" Xin was knocking hard on Zap's door, which she had been doing for the past 5 minutes. She kept knocking yet still didn't get a reply. Furious, she started kicking the door. "Zap! You piece of shit! Get out of there!"

No reply came. Xin stopped. She grabbed the door key and opened it. "Zap, you should've—" She looked at his bed and saw his blanket curled up into a ball. She walked over and touched the blanket, then she knew that Zap was in there. "Zap! What are you doing?"

Zap still decided not to reply, which annoyed Xin. "Dude, what's going on?"

"Nothing. Shut up," he finally replied.

"That was the one sentence that wouldn't have worked." She attempted to pull unroll the blankets, but Zap held on, keeping the blanket in the shape of a ball. Xin gave up and walked out of his room. "At least come downstairs." No reply. "All right." As Xin walked downstairs, she began to wonder. What's been up with him lately? He came home fine last night...I wonder what went wrong? Xin began preparing three sandwiches. I sure hope he gets better... She looked back as Azyra walked downstairs. "I heard you yelling, but I didn't leave my bed until now. What happened?"

"Zap won't leave his room, and he won't tell me why," she replied.

"I'll go talk to him," Azyra said, walking upstairs. "Do you know anything at all?"

"No."

"Okay." Azyra walked into Zap's room and noticed the blanket curved into a ball. "Hey, Zap."

"Hm?"

"What's been going on?"

"Nothing. It's fine. Don't worry about it."

"I'm going to worry about it anyway. Zap! You have to tell us what happened!"

"No. Go away."

"You're being childish right now."

"I don't give a fuck. Go away."

"Zap..."

"Leave me alone."

"Fine. I'll talk to you later." Azyra had noticed that the tone of his voice revealed that he had possibly been crying. I hope he's okay. She took the last step downstairs as Xin's voice echoed around the apartment. "Breakfast is ready!"
