Zeka and Ruslan travelled together in search of the next town or city.

Halfway through, firece Mightyena attacked fiercely. But they have went for Ruslan, which leads to Zeka helping him. She repeatedly used shadow ball on the mightyena, but they were too strong for the shadow ball. They changed their target to Zeka, but Ruslan came from behind and used bite on them, which did significant amounts of damage. Ruslan then became the mightyenas' target, but Zeka had lifted a giant snowball and threw it as hard as she can toward the mightyena, which knocked them out. Ruslan luckily escaped the snowball before it impacted the mightyena. Zeka and Rusland then continued their journey to the next town.

Five hours have passed, and the pair have arrived at Kazan. The residents allowed them to refugee there as visitors. They were even given temporary shelter and the newspaper of the day. It said:

"THE MEMES WERE RIGHT, FRANCE IS SURRENDERING!

-Today, The French town of Eeveeville lost its only hero, due to sins. Left without a hero, France is at the brink of surrendering to the Dark One's army. French survivors are fleeing to neighbouring countries such as the UK, Germany, Switzerland, and Italy. This is also bad news for the Germans, Belgians, Dutch, and Swiss, as they are the next countries to get conquered. Meanwhile, the territory that the Dark One's army conquered will become a new country, which is known to be Oblivia. It would become the 32nd largest country in terms of landmass, and will have the 4th largest economy, behind Japan, China, and the US. So if you live near the French border, evacuate immediately."

Zeka was shocked by the news, and decided to motivate herself to get there faster. All of a sudden, the food arrived at their residence, and Ruslan decided to get the food, which looks delicious. The both decided to split the food between each other, and both finished their food quickly. Ruslan then reminded Zeka to stay at the temporary shelter, which Zeka immediately accepted. 

Shortly after Ruslan left, the eeveelution spirits called Zeka to come to the spirit world. She went to the spirit world to meet spirits. She asked who are they. A glaceon spirit said, "My name is Weston, and I feel powerful." Zeka then was wondering why he was more powerful than usual. Weston said, "I took power from a hero, who resides in France, in fact, the rest of us feel more powerful than before." Zeka then was motivated to meet them all. She was introduced to Neville the Vaporeon, Nova the Flareon, Biff the Jolteon, Sakura the Espeon, Darklight the Umbreon, Petunia the Leafeon, and Lydia the Sylveon. Weston then explained, "We have all decided to give the powers of the old French hero. We thought you were adventurous and like to save the world from chaos." Zeka then wondered, "Who was that old French hero you were talking about?" Weston replied, "Her name was Faith. She used to be a good choice, but she broke and undertook all sins. We tried to make her teach lessons, but it couldn't work. We then had to take her powers away and look for another hero. It was a long search until we found you, and now, you could be extra powerful by receiving our powers. It allows you to transform into any eeveelution, and back into an eevee again, and you can get the movesets of each while transformed." Zeka then asked Weston, "Will I retain my ability to lift trees and other heavy objects?" Weston nodded his head, and requested Zeka to move forward, which she immediately accepted. The eight eeveelution spirits rose up, and turned into their respective colors, before shooting harmless, benefiting beams at Zeka. Zeka closed her eyes, and felt the power going into her. Once the beams stopped, she opened her eyes once more, and she began to feel like a demigod. Weston said afterward, "You now have the power to change your form into different eeveelutions. But be warned, if you undertake all 7 sins, we will have to take back your powers, and we will have to look for another hero. These sins are: Lust, Gluttony, Greed, Sloth, Wrath, Envy, and Pride. You can remember all the sins pretty easily." Zeka nodded her head. "That's great! Now, go out and save the world!" Weston said, before Zeka went back to the real world.

Ruslan had come back from his shopping for survival. "What was up while I was away?", He asked. Zeka responded, "I was given godlike powers." Ruslan complimented, "That's great! Those powers will save us a load of time." Zeka then fell asleep afterwards. Ruslan also fell asleep beside Zeka for the night. It will not be long until the birth of the Oblivian Empire.
