It was 1990 during World War II, and Finn McMissile was assigned to go on a mission in Ireland; he was recruited after dealing with his first mission in Russia, returning the high-tech information stolen from the Soviet Union before it landed in their tires. Now, Finn will do his utmost best never to fail, (like in every mission he has successfully done), and his superior assigned him to Agent Lucky...Not knowing that Agent Lucky was no ordinary car but a woman with the same skills as his, only a bit more advanced than he was. 

What will happen when Agent 113 meets his match? Will he crack his calm and responsible personality to show his genuine emotions to someone like her? More importantly, how can a straightforward mission be difficult for a car when he is partnered up with a woman?
