Ransh parks the car in the garage. He was delighted that his Rayan bhai was also going to Goa with then and he finally had someone to tell how he felt about his father. He closes the door as Rayan and him hop out of the car. He was excited about that way Radhika, Ranak and Gauri would react.

Rayan: "Ransh, yeh kiska ghar hai? Kyuki maine Kapoor Mansion ki photos dekhi hai." (Ransh, whose house is this? Because I have seen the pictures of Kapoor Mansion.)

Ransh: "Bhai, yeh...(sighs): Yeh Oberoi Mansion hai. Dad ka ghar."  (Bhai, this [sighs]: This is Oberoi Mansion. Dad's house)

Rayan: "Oh! This is Dad's house."

Rayan couldn't believe that he was going to meet his father after so many years. What will his dad say? Will his father love him? Will he be able to fit in? His palms started sweating and his heartbeat quickened. Was he looking presentable to meet his dad and his family. What if his dad didn't like him?

He suddenly became really anxious and he just wanted to hug his mother right now. He wanted to lay his head in her lap and listen to her lullaby as he use to when he was younger. She would be able to calm him down. 'Mom, where are you?' He thought to himself. He takes a deep breath and looks towards his little brother.

He had raised Ranak, Ransh and Radhika as a father figure. He did everything a father would do for his them but now it was time to find out of he succeeded in it. He was a support pillar for his mother when she was starting her career.

All the memories came rushing back as he thought of what could possibly go wrong. He was a positive person but today he wasn't feeling like himself as he was really scared to face his father. He had so many presentations in University, School and High school and he was never this never on result day but he felt like today his biggest challenge results were being announced.

Ransh: "Bhai, calm down. Woh bohat aache hai." (Bhai, calm down. He is very amiable.)

Rayan: "I know Ransh, lekin agar unhe main pasand nhi aaya toh?" (I know Ransh, but what if he doesn't like me?)

Ransh smiles. He knew his brother would be uneasy about this but Ransh knew that anyone that met his Rayan bhai, they had a soft corner for him. He was one of the finest souls on earth according to people that have met Rayan. Rayan grabs his brother's hand.

Ransh: "Bhai, yeh bhi humari family hai and woh apko pasand zaroor karege because aap sabse aache ho. Ab chale, sabko surprise dena hai." (Bhai, they are also family and they will love you because you're softhearted person.)

Rayan nods his head and smiles at his younger brother. Ransh locks the car as both the brothers enter the Oberoi Mansion.

Oberoi Mansion (7:00 AM)

Everyone was sitting in the living room having their own conversations with eachother. Pinky, Janhvi, Saanvi and Dadi were talking about pooja they would conduct after returning from the trip. Tej, Shakti, Harsh, and Shivaay were talking about the business deal with the Raheja.

The elder bahu and the youngest Oberoi bahu were talking about the shopping they would do in Goa. The youngsters were talking about the fn things they would do in Goa.

Gauri and Rudra were catching up on their devar-bhabhi duo, where Rudra was cracking some joke and Gauri was chortling. Om was sketching someone on his sketchbook. Everyone was ready for the trip, they were just waiting for breakfast to be cooked.

Rayan and Ransh walk in the hall. Ransh had asked the househelp to take the luggage from the car and place it in the guest room. Rayan looked around and it was easy for him to spot his father, sitting peacefully on the couch with a sketchbook.

Ransh: "Good morning everyone."

All turn their eyes to the voice qnd saw Ransh standing their with Rayan.

Ranak & Radhika: "Rayan bhai!"

Both pull Rayan in a tight hug as all the Oberois (except Gauri) look shocked. Gauri beams as her smile reaches her eyes.

Rayan: "Guys, thoda zada tight ho gaya." (Guys, it's a little tight here)

Ranak and Radhika release their eldest brother from a crushing hug. Rayan looks towards his Nina and Nonna. They pull him in a hug and he reciprocates.

After breaking the hug, he looks towards his mother and marches towards her before taking her into a warm hug, who reciprocated.

The Oberoi's were really confused as the scene unfolded in front of them. They don't know who this boy is and why Radhika and Ranak are calling him their brother.

Gauri: "Ayan, tum kab India aaye?"

Rayan: "Woh Mom, main aaj subhe land kiya tha and Ransh aur maine yeh surprise plan kiya tha." (Oh Mom, I landed today morning and Ransh and I planned this surprise.)

Rayan looks at around and saw everyone's eyes on him. He panicked and held Gauri's hand in a tight grip. She smiles and strokes his back.

Gauri: "Ayan bacha, it's okay, yeh sab family hai. Aacha tum ab jaa kar fresh ho jao, fir hum breakfast karte hai." (Ayan dear, it's okay, they are family. Okay, you go and freshen up and then we'll have breakfast.)

Rayan: "Okay mom."

Gauri: "Radhika, Ransh, Ranak, tum teeno Rayan ko uska kamra dikha do." (Radhika, Ransh, Ranak, show Rayan his room.)

The trio nods and then leave with Rayan to his bedroom. As soon as they left, the Oberois looked towards Gauri for the answers to their questions.

Tej: "Gauri beta, yeh ladka?" (Gauri dear, that boy?)

Gauri: "Papa woh...aap sab baithiya, hum batate hai." (Papa actually...you all sit, I will explain.)

All take a seat on the couches as their intensification of getting the answers increases. Gauri takes a deep breath and begins;

Gauri: "Rayan mera bada beta hai." (Rayan is my eldest son)

Om shoots up from his seat in a bemused state. As soon as the word 'son' left her mouth, he was bewildered.

Om: "But Gauri hum-humare toh teen hi bache hai." (But Gauri we-we only have three children)

Gauri: "Nhi Omkaraji, mera kehne ka matlab hai ki, Rayan ko main-maine adopt kiya tha." (No Omkaraji, what I mean to say is, I-I adopted Rayan.)

Janhvi: "Lekin Gauri beta, tumne adopt kyu kiya Rayan ko?" (But Gauri dear, why did you adopt him?)

Gauri: "Mummy, woh actually Rayan mujhe mandir ki seedhiyon pe mila tha, woh tab 2 saal ka tha. Main uski safety ki liye usse ghar le gayi but as the days went by, hum dono bohat attached ho gaye, ek dusre se...and fir Rayan or main London chale gaye and then fir 9 mahene bad Radhika, Ransh aur Ranak ka janam hoha." (Mummy, actually I meet Rayan on the mandir stairs, he was only 1 or 2 years old. For his safety, I took him home, and as the days went by, we got really attached to each other and then Rayan and I went to London. And then after a 9 months, Radhika, Ransh and Ranak were born.)

Dadi: "Sahi kiya tune puttar, but kya usse pata hai ki woh adopted hai?" (You did the right thing dear, but does he know he is adopted?)

Gauri: "Nhi! And please kya aap sab usse accept kar sakhte hai, please and please don't tell him about this." (No! And please can you guys accept him and please don't tell him about this.)

All the Oberois look at each other and smile. Om moves forward and kneels on fronts of Gauri, taking her hand in his. Gauri looks at him confused.

Om: "Tumhe kisne kaha ki main Rayan ko accept nhi karoga? Gauri, I am proud of you. Tumne ek bache ka aapne bache ki tarah pala hai. And haan Rayan sirf tumhara bada beta nhi, woh mera bhi bada beta hai. Woh hum dono ka beta hai; Rayan Singh Oberoi hai woh." (Who told you that I wouldn't accept Rayan? Gauri I am proud of you. You loved that child like your own. And yes Rayan is not only your son but mine as well. He is our son; He is Rayan Singh Oberoi.)

Gauri smiles as her heart melts and she knew that Om wasn't only doing this to get her back but he actually accepted Rayan and it was seen in his eyes of how proud he was of her. All smile.

Shivansh: "Out of curiosity Choti ma, but kya Rayan mujhse bada hai ya fir main Rayan se bada hoon?" (Just out of curiosity, Choti ma, is Rayan older than me or am I older than him?)

Gauri (smiles): "Rayan tumse bada hai, woh University mein hai." (Rayan is older than you, he is in University.)

Malika: "That means Shivansh bhai pe bhi koi hukm chaleyega." (That means  Shivansh bhai will also be bossed around.)

All chuckle as Shivansh grabs the nearest couch pillow and chucks it at Malika to shut her.

Shivaay: "Waise Gauri, what stream is Rayan in?"

Gauri: "Bhaiya woh Rayan is in the business stream. He wants to become a Businessman.

Shakti: "Arrey wah!" (Amazing)

Anika: "Lekin Gauri, agar Shivansh, Oberoi Empire take over karega toh fir Rayan kya take over karega?" (But Gauri, if Shivansh takes over Oberoi Empire then what will Rayan take over?)

Gauri: "Bhabhi woh kya hai na ki, Kapoor industries and RanShKa Empire merge hogi together and then will become one company toh Rayan company ka C.E.O banega." (SIL, actually Kapoor industries and RanShKa Empire will merge together, Rayan will become the C.E.O of the company.)

Anika: "What about Ransh, Radhika and Ranak haan? Tum unki company kisi aur ko dedogi?" (What about Ransh, Radhika and Ranak? You will give their company to some else?)

Shivaay: "Anika!"

Gauri: "Nhi Bhabhi, woh kya hai na ki Ransh ko company take over nhi karni, uska apne papa ke jaise ek worldrenowned artist bana hai, Radhika bhi ek singer bana chahti hai and Ranak ek actor aur rahi baat kisi aur ko company dene ki, toh Rayan mera beta, uska haq hai meri company pe." (No bhabhi, Ransh doesn't want to take over the company, he wants to become a worldrenowned artist like his father, Radhika wants to be a singer and Ranak wants to be an actor and also I am not giving my company to anyone, I am giving it to my son, who has the right over it.)

Anika shuts her mouth and looks down. She doesn't know what came over but when she heard that Rayan is older than Shivansh, she thought that Shivansh will not get the Oberoi Empire and Rayan will take over. She just became so jealous that she blurted out nonsense.

The Oberois were glaring at Anika as she sat there. She musters the courage to say sorry.

Anika: "I'm sorry Gauri, mujhe pata nhi kya hogeya tha. I just couldn't think straight." (I'm sorry Gauri, I don't know what came over me. I just couldn't think straight.)

Gauri (smiles): "Koi baat nhi bhabhi, waise ab sab breakfast karte hai." (No problem bhabhi, anyone lets go have breakfast.)

All nod and make their way to the dining room.
