All the signs were panicking. No one knew what to do. Aries had just disapeared from sight somehow.

"God if he wasn't so short maybe we would have noticed him slip away, " Sagittarius said in a shaky voice pacing by the door.

"Wait guys," Libra suddenly said getting everyone's attention, "what if I just do a little," she ran full speed into the wall.

"My power does not work on this wall," she said after being knocked down to the ground from the force of impact.

"That's a good train of thought though. What are some other powers we have that might be useful?" Virgo said thinking.

Everyone was looking around the room trying to think of people who could help.

"Scorpio what if you used your powers to unlock the door? Or maybe Sagittarius could turn into some strong animal to knock down the door," Cancer suggested.

The two shrugged and tried. Sagittarius couldn't manage to turn into any animal in the moment no matter how hard she tried. She did let out an epic bear roar at one point at least.

Scorpio went up to the door and stared at it very intently. If you didn't know what he was trying to do it'd look like he was an insane person.

Right in the middle of Scorpios concentration the door slammed open, hitting Scorpio and nearly knocking him to the ground.

"Aries?!" Everyone cried out once the door opened.

"Alas it is I, Aries! And I have heroically saved this small snake, mouse, and rabbit from the school grounds!" He screamed out holding up the animals he brought with him.

Everyone stared at him confusedly and almost a little disappointed.

"You, what?" Taurus asked.

"You dumbass we were so worried about you how could you go away from the group! I'll skin you once this ordeal is over mark my words you stupid short jerk!" Sagittarius scolded him.

Before Aries could say anything the supposed animals he saved turned into three people.

A short boy with gray messy hair and piercing black eyes looked at Aries and said very angrily, "I, am a rat! Not a mouse. Stupid first year."

The snake turned into a tall boy with red eyes and muddy green hair. The rabbit became a small girl with long white hair and soft black eyes.

"Aries did you just kidnap three upperclassmen?" Capricorn asked looking very done with everyone.

"I did not kidnap anyone! They were gonna be crushed in the rubble!" Aries defended himself. The green haired boy smacked him on the back of the head and pushed him down onto a nearby chair.

"Okay so it seems you all are first years since you have no idea what's happening. I'll give you a rundown. About three or ten times a year some weird monsters who will be explained in more depth at the end of year presentation come attack places around the city. This year they have so far attacked the aquarium and school. I'm Snake, the rat boy is Rat, and the girl is Rabbit. We're part of the chinese zodiac," Snake explained to the zodiacs who were listening to very closely. When Snake talked you could hear him pronounce his s in a very hissing way. If you looked close enough you could also see he has a long thin snake like tongue.

"Oh that's cool. We're the zodiac group. Nice to meet you," Pisces said politely greeting everyone.

Rat let out a heavy annoyed sigh and eye rolled. "So you're our western counter parts huh, stupid."

"Why is your rat so rude!" Aries complained.

"I am not rude you stupid short boy. I bet you're one of the fire or air signs in your group!" Rat said starting to argue with Aries.

Everyone in the room just let the two go at it as there was no point in stopping the two. Finally they heard the door unlock and Mr.Riclon stepped in.

"Why do you have second years in here? Are they hurt?"

"No the angry one snatched us away from our group 'saving' us," Rat said air quoting saving.

"Oh I see. Well you three are dismissed the second years are needed in the gym to get assigned cleanup. Have fun." All the third years sighed and left the room.

"So you twelve. How did your first real emergency feel. I'm glad no one died this time."

Sup y'all quarntine update. Can y'all remind me which signs have found their powers yet. I just need to make sure I don't accidentally spoil my own book prematurely.
