Almost two weeks had passed since the incident with the exploding TV and Leo nearly being choked. It was October now and so Libra was her happiest, since it's her month and all. 

"I love, love, LOVE, October! Don't you love it too!" Libra squealed excitedly as the air signs walked out of their dorm. "Sure, I guess." Gemini shrugged. "So do you love it, or hate it? There is no in between here." Libra said. "What about you Aqua?" "Hmm? Oh, I think I like the winter months better. I mean fall is great and all, but just not for me." Aquarius said, she was staring at the sky. "You guys are so boring! Ugh!" Libra pouted. They had met up with everyone else. 

"You guys are better right? You love the fall, right?" Libra asked. "I like the summer! You can play outside and plus, there's no school!" Aries said. "Aries, you should start to actually like school. It is very important!" Virgo pointed out. "Oh well, who cares about season anyways." Sagittarius said walking faster. "I wonder what's got her so worked up?" Cancer asked. "We'll never know." Capricorn said as they arrived at school. 

They got their stuff for first period astronomy and headed for the class. "I hope we actually get to look at the stars in person soon. This class is boring other wise!" Aquarius pouted. "I like learning about the stars this way actually." Pisces said. "Bleh!" Aquarius said. Then the teacher came in.

"Today we will have to go to the auditorium for an assembly." The teacher announced. "I wonder what we're going to be doing?" Taurus said thinking out loud. "Who cares." Aries said leaning back in his chair, only to fall off it. Some kids (including a couple zodiacs) giggled at this. Then the teacher had them line up  and leave. 

They arrived at the auditorium and sat down close to the middle. They waited for what felt like forever for it to start. It seemed like the entire school was in the auditorium. "Wow, look at all the people." Libra said to Scorpio who was sitting next to her. They were sitting in order. "Meh, there could be more." Scorpio said looking around. Just then another class walked in. "Is that enough people for you?" Libra said smiling. Scorpio didn't reply. 

Then the lights flashed off. The stage lights clicked on. They saw a short woman with a bun in her hair, the same woman from the first day. Ms.Butonmake. "Hello once again students this school of gifted children!" She said through a microphone making her voice loud clear to everyone. "You are probably wondering why we have gathered you here today. The reason is to announce the Halloween festival we have every year! This year the third year students shall be hosting the great scare fanatic!" 

"They will be in hiding places trying to scare everyone in the old school building! Who ever is the last group in there will be declared the winner and win a lovely prize!" Everyone seemed to perk up at the sound of a prize. "After we will have party in the courtyard! There will be costume contests, apple dunking, and lots of pumpkin themed activities." With that she stopped talking and flyers came out from behind her. They landed in everyone's lap just like the schedules did on the first day of school.

The assembly ended and all the students went back to their class since there were still several minutes left until the next period. "So there is going to be a party on Halloween." Virgo said looking at the flyer. "There's going to be so much food! I'm so participating in the pumpkin pie eating contest!" Taurus said, his dark green eyes sparkling. "There is a lot of food. I wonder how they can afford all of this?" Capricorn said looking at the list of food. "It gonna be so much fun!" Aquarius said getting hyper. "I have to start making my costume now!"  Pisces said starting to draw plans for a costume. "I already have plans made for a costume." Cancer said glad she planned ahead.

The bell rang and the signs left to go to the next class. They finished up the school and went back home. "Hey Sagi, wanna come with me to plan an epic costume?" Aquarius asked her best friend as they walked out the school doors. "Maybe tomorrow, I have plans for today." Sagittarius said walking ahead of everyone. Aquarius looked disappointed, Cancer had noticed this. "Hey Aqua, since I have my plans already I could help you." She suggested smiling her sweet smile. "Sure, I'll come to your place." Aquarius said looking more lively. 

"Virgo do you have costume plans?" Pisces asked Virgo who was walking silently next to the group. "No, I don't plan on making a childish costume anyways." Virgo said. "But that's no fun!" Pisces whined. "I have better things to do anyways." Virgo said with a sassy tone. "Come on let's hurry up and make our costumes! May the best man or girl win!" Aries said jumping happily as they reached their dorms. 

They continued their day, making plans for the big party that felt so close. They eventually all called it quits and went to bed. All of them were tired after such a long day.
