Chapter 5

Daigo reached home safely with his wounds healed up. His clothes are slightly torn up though...... Which Kim Lip instantly saw.

"Daigo..... Why are your clothes torn....??" Kim Lip asked Daigo menacingly.

"N-no..... My Levi's pants are totally fine..." Daigo said as he turned away from Kim Lip.

Kim Lip walked towards Daigo with her menacing aura increasing....

"Don't lie to me. I hate liars, and I'll kill anyone else that lies to me..." she says with a dark aura surrounding her.

"........Fine. I fought Ae Jung. And I may or may not have killed her....."

".......WHAT!!!!???? YOU KILLED A PERSON!!?????"

"I DIDN'T!!! At least I think....... Oh wait, yeah, I didn't kill her."

"YOU IDIOT!!!! *punch* You badly injured a person!!!!"

"She's a vampire!!!" Daigo says as he tries to block Kim Lip's punch.

"Huh, no wonder she always drinks "tomato juice", or blood." Kim Lip says knowingly.

"Wow..... And I just attacked a vampire.... I just can't believe that happened......" Daigo says

"Ah well. Let's hope the hoe doesn't die." Kim Lip says as she picks up the food and sets it on the table.

Meanwhile.......

"*coughs* That asshole.... What is he??? He's not a vampire...." Ae Jung says.

???: He's an experiment. A subject where the Shroud virus finds a suitable host to live with. Normally the virus acts as a parasite, but for his case, it acts like a symbiote, living together with the host.

Ae Jung: Who are you!!!??

Ae Jung stood up and her claws sharpened.

???: Relax, we have the same enemy, you and I want the subject dead, so why not we team up???

"What benefits do I get??" Ae Jung asks.

"The subject's death, and you can never be oppressed ever again." ??? said.

".......Deal. Just make sure he dies." Ae Jung says vehemently.

"Oh don't worry...... Man In The Mirror will kill him slowly and painfully!!!" ??? said.

"Who are you anyways???"

"I... Am.... Illuso......" ??? said. "And I am the Man In The Mirror.."

Multiple ghostly figures appeared around Illuso. Some walking, some floating, some crawling...

"FIND HIM!!! And bring him to me...." Illuso said.

Dozens of the Mirror Men crawled into the darkness, searching for Daigo......

Timeskip....

"Actually..... I wanted to ask you something Lip." Daigo says.

"Yeah, what's that??" Kim Lip asked.

"Remember just now, when you suddenly became aggressive?? I think.... Don't get offended by my thoughts, I think.... That you have a really bad temper."

"........."

Kim Lip kept quiet and stared into Daigo's eyes..... Which kinda scared him.

(This but more menacing.)

"........hey????"

Kim Lip suddenly stared at Daigo as the dark aura increases..... Revealing a ghostly form....

"OHHHHH SHIIIIITTTTT!!!!!!" Daigo screams as he tries to run.

The ghostly form seem to teleport wherever Daigo goes, scaring him even more...
(Daigo has phasmophobia, or a fear of ghosts.)

"SHIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTT!!!!!" Daigo attempts to run out but it easily caught up. (Duh, she can-whoops not gonna spill it, and Daigo can run and that's about it.)

"OH GOD NOOO!!!! I'M TOO YOUNG TO DIE!!! I STILL WANNA GET MARRIED!!!!" Daigo screamed in fear.

The ghostly form then disappeared to show her laughing hardly.

"My God!!! You're really that scared huh!!!??? It's not even real!!!" Kim Lip says as she points towards a projector.

"IT IS!!!! I SWEAR THAT IT'S GONNA EAT MY FACE!!!!"

"Hmmm, so it's phasmophobia..."

"I'M NOT AFRAID OF GHOSTS!!!" Daigo protests.

"Sure you are~"

Daigo proceeds to walk out as he heard someone knocking on the door.

"I'm gonna check on the door." Daigo says as he opens the door.

Illuso was standing in front of the door and he punches a hole through his stomach, sending Daigo flying back.

"H-huh?? DAIGO!!!!"

Several Mirror Men then appear surrounding Daigo and dragged him out.

"I was suddenly blown away!! Impossible!!" Daigo yelled out while falling to the ground.

"Daigo.. is dead. Rejoice and be happy!!" Illuso said before disappearing with the Mirror Men and Daigo.

Illuso appeared at the very same alley where Daigo defeated Ae Jung and left him to bleed out.

".....Who... Sent... You......"

"Who?? Your creator. Failure."

Daigo then passes out, and Illuso disappeared into the darkness. He didn't notice a person looking at the entire scene.....

The person jumped down and checked Daigo's pulse.

???: Hmm... He's still alive.... I'm bringing him back, perhaps he could help us in the future...

The person then picked Daigo up and walked to her bike.

She then revved the bike and rides off.
