The convoy came at the city hall with no issues.

Upon the arriving of the convoy, the media caught the convoy and taking pictures then they trying to get through and asked questions to the diplomats but they were cut off by the security team and zpd officers.

Diplomat Taron and the others exit their limo including Shelby and they walk through the door.

Scene change

Upon entering the building the delegations are quite surprised at the appearance of the interior of the city hall much identical to their Capitolio building.

Shelby: "Welcome to city hall of zootopia gentlemammals, now I will escort to the mayor's meeting office." She said while the delegations nods.

Shelby: "Now let's go to see the mayor we can't let him wait forever" She said jokingly earning a few small laughs from the diplomats.

Scene change Meeting Office

Just like the previous meeting everyone including chief Bogo is in the meeting he request to the mayor that he would like to observe the meeting between the two parties.

Everyone in the room were talking to each other except for chief Bogo who is silence from the beginning.

*Knock* *Knock* *Knock*

Every Zootopian: "That's must be them." They thought at the same time.

Lionheart: "Come in." He given permission as the door opened revealing different creatures although some of them are familiar to their counterpart but different and they are 5 of them.

Zootopian official: "A fox?!" One of the zootopian side said in low aggressive tone, while mayor Lionheart glared at the one who said that unknown to them Taron heard it.

Taron: "What's wrong with the fox?" He thought curiously.

Lionheart: "Ahh you must be the envoys from the 'United Republic of Pangea'." He said earning a nods from the delegations.

Taron: "Yes we are."

Lionheart: "I see.. please have a seat" He said while gesturing at the 5 empty chairs and the delegates taking seat.

Lionheart: "Now shall we begin?" He asked them and they nod starting the meeting.

Timeskip

After the exchange of greeting, they proceed to introduction including requesting an apology for violating the Zootopian air space, which the zootopians accepted and history and culture of the United Republic of Pangea are presented the zootopians are shocked at their war history which is in the third intercontinental war that many lives it took which is a half a billion lives and it ended three years ago and the main culprit of starting the war is the 33rd king of the "Human Kingdom or H.K" by building up military hardware secretly then attacking two nations the U.R.P and SR (Sapient Republic) simultaneously, until the humiliating loses including the bombing of a nuclear warhead at one of their enemy country province.

After that country erupts in coup d'etat lead by the 1st princess of the kingdom with the help of Ambassador Taron after the war the country and the 3rd king is being imprisoned and his loyal men and women and the princess change the name of her country to "Human Federation" and pays the bills of the damages and deaths.

The U.R.P and the S.K (Sapient Kingdom) is the allied country, but in the first and second intercontinental war they started the war until the war ends when they been defeated 75 years ago, then the country collapse 'cause of bankruptcy until the loss of their leaders 'cause of their military projects costing them at staggering prices and the Sapients imprisoned them until U.R.P help them economically and sending waves of relief goods and the S.R was formed.

(Note: The S.R continent is Russian continent while the H.F is Erusean continent from ace combat sorry i can't think a suitable continent for them 'cause im lazy. The time in first continental war will be WW1 style and the second continental war will be a WW2 style and the third war is Modern era.)

Every Zootopian: "So many lives." They thought at the same time while watching the bodies giving a proper funeral in the cemetery.

Then they move on showing the coexistence in the U.R.P continent from the past to future and showing the cities and the population, many began to formulate theories that maybe this is alternate universe cause the Sapients in the U.R.P are not ferals like to their zootopian counterparts in stone age.

Bogo: "Such a stable of unity from the past to present when zootopia will do that?" The african buffalo thought curious.

Taron: "Now this is our country and the landmass of the United Republic of Pangea on these documents." He said as his assistant secretary Dolores began to pass document containing the information regarding the continent including the population, the Zootopians were shocked at the landmass of the UR and the population.

Director of ZASA: "How is this possible they surrounded the Zootopia how is that we never detect any anomaly... How?" He thought after that the Zootopians are speechless on what they have been witnessed.

After a minutes later, mayor Lionheart decided to break the silence.

Lionheart: "So what does the United Republic of Pangea wants to Zootopia diplomat Taron?" He asked with curiosity.

Taron: "The United Republic of Pangea wishes to establish diplomatic friendship to your country and trading." He explained and Mayor Lionheart thought carefully.

Lionheart: "Well I will agree, but I have to send delegates first to your country for further talks I will send them as soon as possible!" He said to Taron with smile.

Taron: "Excellent!" He exclaimed with a smile.

Lionheart: "Now I am going to assemble the delegations for tomorrow to send at the UR and Shelby here will escort back to the harbor and I hope we have better future for our nation." He said while standing up and raise his paw to shake which Taron accept.

Taron: "Thank you mayor Lionheart I will inform our president regarding this event inform us when your diplomats are ready." He with a smile

Lionheart: "Sure diplomat Taron I will inform you when they are ready until we meet again."

After shaking paws and saying their goodbyes the delegations from U.R.P left the room.

Bogo: "Mayor Lionheart are you sure we can trust them?" He said while some mammals agreed to him.

Lionheart: "We can trust them unless someone else insults them by their species or their appearance." He said venomous to the animal earlier that insult the diplomat.

Zootopian official: "I deeply apologize mayor Lionheart" He said while head low.

Lionheart: "You better be... Chief Bogo, and Commander Dennis will stay here the rest of you is dismissed." He said then the rest of them left the room leaving Lionheart, Bogo, and Dennis.

Dennis: "What do you want from us Mayor Lionheart?" He asked politely.

Lionheart: "You two are the only one I can trust some of the mammals are not trusting diplomat Taron earlier." He said seriously.

Bogo: "We both notice." He said while looking at Dennis and receiving a nod from the grizzly bear.

Lionheart: "I will send trust worthy mammals to this mission on the United Republic tomorrow morning I will held a meeting for that and it includes you two.. Now do you have questions?" He asked while the two mammals shook their heads.

Lionheart: "Good, you two are dismissed."

After he said that the two mammals left the room leaving the lion in deep thought thinking about the future of his country and the opportunities.

Timeskip- Nighttime.

After the delegations return to their ships everything went back to normal but the citizens of zootopia are still can't believe at todays happenings and things change on this encounter to the so called "United Republic of Pangea" became viral topic all over the two mammalian continents the Zoopan, and Pawaiian islands with the exception of Reptiletopia.

Meanwhile at the ZPD

After Nick, Judy and the rest of the officers parked their cruisers in the parking lot outside the station.

After they escort the diplomats at the city hall then back to the harbor where the delegation left.

Upon they entered the station they were greeted by their comrades and then make their way to their office to make reports.

Nick & Judy's office

After they finished typing on their computer Nick sigh in relief then he stretch his legs and arms.

Nick: "That's the last one, you done there fluff?" He asked while standing from his chair then lean on the back of his partner's chair.

Judy: "Just a little more... *Click* Done! Now let's get this to chief then go home." She said as she pressed the print button.

Nick: "Agree."

After they print the report and placing on the folder then left the office.

Nick: "So what do you want to do when we get home?"

Judy: "I don't know.. watch a movie." She said with a smile.

Nick: "Sure fluff." He said with a smile.

Then they send the report to chief Bogo and he congratulate them on their clean and smooth which the duo thank him for that while exiting the to and they headed to the parking lot to Nick's car.

Nick & Judy's apartment at Downtown, Zootopia

They have been sharing apartment since 6 months ago and Judy moved to Nick's place they are helping each other on the bills and other things since they are best friends and partners.

After the fox parked his car and the hare opens the door of their apartment.

Nick: "Home sweet home." He said while sitting on the couch then sigh in relief.

Judy: "So what's the dinner for tonight any suggestions slick?" She asked while looking at him.

Nick: "Dunno... Besides you are the queen in the kitchen." He said with a smirk making her laugh.

Judy: "Im gonna get change then I will make us dinner." She said while approaching her room.

Nick: "Sure carrots." He said while turning on the tv.

This time the snow leopard speaks first.

Growley: "Earlier this morning a group of alien ships dock at the Zootopia harbour-- Wait I just received a word that we have a speech regarding this event from mayor Lionheart." Then the image change of mayor Lionheart on the left screen and on the right is the statement.

Lionheart: "Good evening citizens of zootopia I here by to announce that we have new neighbor called the 'United Republic of Pangea'... They are a country of sapients which is identical to animals and humans that is identical to the extinct monkey but furless except the top of their head that has fur they are living in peace for thousand of years yet they suddenly transported here on our planet and that's them earlier this morning that ships of unknown design and origin they here for diplomatic friendship to Zootopia so don't panic they are friendly and they come in peace... Tomorrow I will send a delegation to them for the diplomatic talks between our country."
After the statement both anchors and Nick are speechless.

Growley: "I-I didn't expect that." She said stuttered.

Moosebridge: "Yeah... So anyway back at our latest stories the 'Fur wars' are rotten tomatoes this yea--" He was cut off by Judy walking in the kitchen wearing her civilian clothes then speaks.

Judy: "I hear what just mayor Lionheart said, can't you believe it Nick?! New species that we are unaware of! And that is true that they are transported?" She said excitedly to curiosity.

Nick: "I don't know carrots... Maybe." He said while shrugging.

Judy: "Hmm... So what do you want for dinner tonight slick?" She asked while opening the refrigerator looking on the contents.

Nick: "Hmm... How about the Bonnie's special food when I was visiting you remember that?" He asked while turning of the TV walking to her then sits on the chair on the dinner table.

2 months ago Nick visited the Hopps family during their 1 month break, which Stu and Bonnie caught by surprise that their daughter have a fox friend which they welcome him to their family since her parents are befriended with a fox which is Gideon her childhood bully which is now a pie baker.

Judy: "Yeah I know the recipe of it so sit down and relax~" She said while smirks.

Nick: "Har-har fluff but I want to help you though." He said with a smile while standing up walking to her side.

Judy: "Aww... Sure and you will be my food tester~" She said to him teasingly and nick nod to her with a smirk.

Nick: "Carrots stop that you such a teaser." He said dramatically while doing a pose.

Judy: "Har-har and Nick get a shower, you stinks." She said while using her tiny paw covering her mouth.

Nick: "*sniff* Y-yeah sure." He said while laughing nervously and Judy laughs.

Nick: "aww that's all I need to hear from her. Her laugh... Huh!? I am in love with her!?" He thought panicked while blushing then hurriedly go to their bathroom.

Nick: "This is what I am experiencing for these months I am truely in love with her?" He thought as he began to stripp himself.

After eating dinner Nick insist that he will do the dishes while Judy sweetly accepts.

1 Minute later

Nick: "So carrots what movie do you like to watch?" He asked while searching a movie on the TV'S cabinet.

Judy: "The 'Furtanic' slick." She said while sitting on the couch.

Nick: "Sure fluff." He said with a smile then inserting the disc.

Ze Timeskip once again

After watching the movie they both walk towards their shared room.

Judy: "Well that was sad you know slick." She said saddened at the ending of the movie between the two main characters.

Nick: "Agree and that is called sad romance."

Judy: "Yeah goodnight slick." She said with a yawn.

Nick: "Night carrots." He said with a chuckle while they both climb in their shared bed and both fell asleep cuddling at each other.

At the same time in United Republic of Pangea

10:29 Pm

Pres. Kara: "So the Zootopians accept the diplomatic friendship but they have to send a delegation first?" She asked martin after reading the report from her delegation.

Sec. Martin: "Correct.. And they said that we will pickup them tomorrow at dawn."

Pres. Kara: "I will leave it up to you and tell to the foreign affairs that prepare the request documents for the diplomats of zootopia." She said while placing the report from her drawer.

Sec. Martin: "Understood madam president and goodnight." He said while standing up and slightly bow.

Pres. Kara: "Goodnight martin." She said while standing up and returning the bow.

After Martin left she sits and sighs.

Pres. Kara: "I should get some sleep." After she said that she left the room going to her presidential bed room.

The next day
3:57 Am

Wilde & Hopps apartment

While the two mammal are sleeping peacefully until Nick's phone began to buzz causing them to wake up.

Nick: "aghh... Who would call in 4 am?" He growled while tirelessly searching the phone at the night stand.

Judy: "Nick who is it?" She asked while yawning while nick check the contact number upon checking the number his drowsiness fade away.

Nick: "Its chief Bogo." After he said that causing Judy to perked up and she nod at him.

Nick: "Chief, its Wilde..... Yes sir we will be on our way." He said seriously then hung up.

Judy: "What he said slick?" She asked while sitting.

Nick: "He said it's important we need to go to the station immediately." He said while standing up then searching for their uniforms and Judy is doing the same.

ZPD, DOWNTOWN
4:10 Am

When the duo is ready they quickly entered the station and they were greeted by Clawhauser.

Clawhauser: "Nick, Judy Good morning you guys are early what's the occasion?" He asked while leaning at his table.

Nick: "Well spots chief call us 'cause its important." He said while standing in front of him.

Clawhauser: "Oh he told to me earlier when you arrive he said that 'tell them to go to my office."

Judy: "Thanks Clawhauser, tell chief we are on the way see you later." She said to him while she grabs nick paw and dragged him.

Clawhauser: "You're welcome see ya!" He said while waving.

Chief Bogo's Office

*Knock-knock*

Bogo: "Come in!" He commanded.

The door opened revealing the two of his officers.

Bogo: "Have a seat." He said while gesturing his hoof on the chairs in front of him.

After they sit Judy asked.

Judy: "Why you called us chief?" She asked while Nick nod agreeing with her.

Bogo: "Well the mayor ordered me to send officer Wilde and Judy to be part delegation that will send to the 'United Republic of Pangea' as body guards for our diplomats." Once he said that words both of his officers became excited.

Judy: "Really sir but how about the-" She was cut off by the buffalo.

Bogo: "Don't worry about it Hopps the I got it covered and speaking of that the mayor wants you two to take a break after this mission and I agree with the mayor as well. I see you two these past very busy so take a break... You have to report all the important details and the happening's at the meeting since you will be part of the security for our diplomats." He explained with a slight smile.

Nick & Judy: "Yes sir!" They both saluted and hop off the chairs standing straight.

Bogo: "Good anymore questions?" He asked them and Judy asked.

Judy: "Why me and Nick sir, why us?" She asked curious.

Bogo: "As I said you two deserved this since both of you are very busy tracking down the 'Cerberus' and I want you to experiences this kind of job." He explained making the duo realized for what they being doing for these past months.

Nick: "You're right sir we've been busy these past months." He said while putting his paw on his chin.

Bogo: "Hmmm so off you two and pack all you need." He said with smile.

Nick & Judy: "Thank you chief." The both said and saluted again then left the room.

Once they both left the room Bogo mumbled.

After they pack everything they needed they both said their goodbyes to their parents.

Nick: "You got everything you need there carrots?" He asked her while double checking his backpack and then zipped it.

Judy: "Yup, everything I need its here now." She said while tapping her backpack.

Nick: "Then let's go!" He said while opening the drivers seat and judy opening the passenger seat.

They both wearing a suits since they will be body guards.

Zootopian Harbor

While the citizens are starting their day the delegation including Nick and Judy are now waiting for the ship that they will aboard.

Dann: "Do you think they will come?" A black wolf asked the duo beside him.

Nick: "They will we just have to wait Dann." He said while looking at the horizon then he heard a irritated sigh beside him.

Jack: "Well they taking too long." He said impatient.

Skye: "Well you have lack of patience there stripes." She said jokingly.

Jack: " J-Just shut up winters." He with a slight blush.

Skye: "Okay savage." She said with a smile while doing a zipping motion.

Nick: "You two are cute together~" He said teasingly.

Zootopian: "They will be here right?" A pig asked worried her assistant about the ship that will pick them up since some mammals are coming in to see the ships.

Charles: "They will come." He said to her calmly while vice Mayor Sharon nod while he look at the small crowd at the fence of the harbor.

Until they hear a chopping noise at the distance then it became closer.

Dann: "There!" He yelled out to everyone while pointing his paw a oddly helicopter that has a propellers at top of each other with no tail rotor and when its closer they where surprised that this helicopter are bigger than theirs.

Charles: "This kind of helicopter can accommodate larger mammals! This is such a feat engineering!" He said impressed while Sharon mumbled a 'Yeah.'

After the helicopter landed a few distance away from the group a familiar fox disembark.

Taron: "Good morning, I am Ambassador Taron Foxter nice to meet you." He said with a smile.

Sharon: "Nice to meet you to ambassador Taron I am vice Mayor Sharon I am the one will send to the United Republic and this is my assistant Charles." She said with a smile while gesturing the pig beside her.

Charles: "Nice to meet you." He said with a smile.

Taron: "Likewise, so you got everything you need for the trip?" He asked curious while the group nod.

Taron: "Excellent! Now let's get going." He said while the group carries their luggage for 1 week visit at the U.R and entered the chopper.

Later

While they are approaching the cruise ship that the government of U.R provided for them the Zootopians are speechless from what they seeing where they will aboard.

Sharon: "That's the ship were we will board at?" She asked through the headset that was given to them.

Taron: "Yes. And don't worry we got everything covered." He said with a smile.

Nick: "*whistle* That's one heck of a ride right carrots?" He said excited.

Judy: "Yeah such a hospitality for us." She said while looking at the giant ship just below them.

(Note: The ZNN are included in the zootopian delegation since mayor lion heart request permission to the UR government to send a media which the U.R.P permitted but only one news station.)

Pilot: "Poseidon this is Golden Westland we are approaching at 1-9-0 requesting to land, over?" A human requested.

Operator: <<Golden Westland you are clear to land!>>

Pilot: "Copy that Poseidon many thanks." He said while maneuvering the chopper to the helipad of the ship.
