Third Person's POV

Wind rushes through his hair as he stood on top of the roof, a feeling of power filling his lungs as he watched the whole city passing by under him. He raises his arms and feels the air flow against his body, eyes closing automatically as he feels the cold air hit his face.

A shudder passes though his lips as he feels his heart shaking in confusion and misery.

Taehyung didn't remmeber the kiss.

Somehow moon goddess had quickly flipped his entire life in one day.

Gone was the player who only partied and had fun with girls...

Right now it was replaced with a confused guy who was contemplating why the fuck he was feeling disappointed that his bro forgot their very unimportant 'brotherly kiss'

Jungkook feels like he is being stupid,

Why the fuck was he even thinking of such a minor thing that didn't even matter to him ? He was straight, so Taehyung forgetting that 'brotherly kiss' should've been a blessing in disguise and he should be laughing around and partying, relieved that it wouldn't cause a dip in their friendship.

But the problem is he was not feeling any of those emotions, rather was experiencing the plain opposite of what he was supposed to him.

He didn't even feel like seeing the older again because somehow he feared that he wouldn't be able to forget that kiss anytime soon.

He should stay away from Taehyung until he gets his priorities straight.

Jungkook nods to himself, finally arriving at what seemed like a perfect decision in his opinion. He quickly fist bumps the air, praising himself for coming up with such a great idea.

With an over dramatic determined look on his face, He turns around ready to walk out of the school and become a changed man for good.

However...

All his determination flew out like a balloon loosing its air as soon as he saw the beautiful male that was standing right in front of the door that lead downstairs. 

Wind blowing through his clothes and hair ruffling gorgeously, Taehyung walked towards him his lips turning to a bright smile as he wrapped his arms around a frozen Jungkook who was now growing pale.

"Jungkookieeee I thought I would see your bunny face first when I wake up" Taehyung says with a pout, clearly expressing his disappointment in not seeing his best friend by his side

Jungkook gulps, his throat feeling constricted as he tries to place his hands gently on the other's back and return the hug, but somehow his mind kept getting fuzzy from the most random things.  He got distracted from the distinct familiar scent of honeysuckle vines and fresh rain.

Has Taehyung's scent always smelled so good? Why had he never noticed that before ?

Jungkook ponders as he returns the hug and mumbles nonchalantly  "Sorry hyung, I had to step out for some fresh air, all of that was getting a little too much for me " 

"Its okay, I was only teasing you"

Taehyung pulls back and grins, his beautiful smile turning cartwheels inside Jungkook's stomach.

What was this weird feeling? He wonders as he watches his best friend with star struck eyes, suddenly noticing how pretty the older is.

His eyes follows the flowing fluffy silky hair, to the hooded dark chocolate brown eyes, towards the slim nose, down to the supple lips that were now stretched wide beautifully revealing the pearly teeth underneath. He couldn't stop noticing every detail of the older's face, particularly the pretty moles that adorned his face.

When did Taehyung get so handsome?

Like he always complimented Taehyung, Always called him pretty but to be honest he had never ever thought deeply about it. All those praises would just naturally come in his mouth as He found Taehyung good looking as a friend so he never thought much about it.

But today everything felt different.

Somehow Taehyung's touch burned deeper than it should have.

"Jungkook-ah, KOOK!" Taehyung calls out loudly, breaking Jungkook from the trance he had been put into from just a mere smile of the former

"Ahh ye-yeah I am here" Jungkook stutters out, immediately looking away to hide the embarrassment that was evident on his face

"What's wrong with you today? you seem a little weird" Taehyung mutters forcing Jungkook to face him.

He cups the younger's chubby cheeks and squishes them softly, while carefully scanning the other completely to check if he was hurt or sick.

Apart from the red ears, The younger looked completely fine.

Taehyung sighs finally letting go of the other's face not noticing the prominent blush that was spreading from Jungkook's neck towards his cheeks. 

Jungkook on the other hand was feeling so embarrassed that he begged the ground to just open up and swallow him. His breathing came out ragged as he covered his face trying to reduce the sudden heat using his cold hands.

Why the hell was his heart beating so fast for moon goddess' sake

But no matter what he tried, his heart wouldn't stop thumping. Every beat sounding ten times louder in Jungkook's ear as he watched an amused Taehyung laugh at him.

That infectious boxy smile... Was it always so pretty ?

"You're acting so weird kook but I can't lie, you're being quite cute right now"

"W-What?" Jungkook asked shocked, as he stares at Taehyung with wide eyes

They have always been affectionate and quite friendly with compliments towards one another but somehow hearing Taehyung compliment him today sparked something new inside Jungkook.

It was like he was finally seeing the world after being blind for so long.

"Hyung" Jungkook calls out slowly and walks towards a confused Taehyung who was looking at him with a 'Are you okay?' look

Jungkook ignored his obvious expression and just walked straight towards the older making Taehyung to unconsciously move backwards until his back hits the door that lead downstairs.

As if in a daze Taehyung locked his eyes with the younger who had not stopped moving, until they were literally just inches apart. He placed a hand on the door and bends forwards, His eyes clearly scanning the surprised older's face.

"Jungkook-ah, Is everything okay?" Taehyung asks suddenly feeling a little intimidated from how the other was looking at him

Jungkook stayed silent and just stared, pleading at his heart to stop beating so quickly because his mind was going crazy. What was the meaning of all of this tiny changes.

Why would a normal kiss change everything ?

The tension was so thick that Taehyung couldn't help but gulp, he had never felt Jungkook look at him in this way before. This was the first time he saw the younger gaze at him like that and somehow that look gave the other shivers... the good kind

The kind that makes your heart beat quicken while you're legs start to feel all jelly cause the person can make you melt with a mere look.

The younger bends closer, his mouth right next to Taehyung's ears

Taehyung's eyes widen and he moves closer so he could hear what the younger wanted to tell him

He wondered if it would something very unimaginable.. like maybe a confe-

Taehyung mentally shakes his head and smacks himself hundred times in his head for thinking stupid things.

Jungkook smirks as he watches the older struggle with himself...

He open his lips and whispers...

"Hyungie, Move away please I want to go down.

You're blocking the door"
