I really was in love with my first, real manipulation. I decided to work on a long time pushed up idea. Now I am happy to finished it.
As with the last on, the whole graphic took me about 12 hours or more, divided into a few days.

[01] drawing hair (only a white silhouette)
[02] drawing the tail (only a part + silhouette)
[03] lighting and shadowing the hair
+ light shadow behind the head
[04] using a saurian for the scales
(optional would be snake scales)
[05] lighting and shadowing the scales
[06] drawing tattoos on her arm
[07] placed the trident
[08] manipulated and draw the trident

+ light rays in the ocean (brighter)

(not the scales, used a fishtail)
