"Avni r u sure u don't make ur own logics in studies...?"-I chortled while she contemplated at me frowning

"What do you mean...?"-she replied narrowing her eyes at me

"Umm,,nothing important"-I babbles changing the topic...."I'm calling ur teacher to come & solve ur doubts"-adding this I took my phone to call her teacher......

"Tumne sachhi mein padhai nahi kiya na"-she bellows throwing her palms over her mouth covering it & gives me a shocking look like it's the last thing she can imagine....

'Why in the freaking hell this mini speaker is after my study status...!'

Rolling my eyes at her silly behaviour I opened my mouth to shut her one's...."Do u really think I didn't study & became a businessman by any miracle...?"

She titles her face, taping her chin giving a thoughtful expression....

'Damn,,can't this girl look less cute...? I mean it won't be any harm if she looks less cute sometime right...!'

"Wow,,then tell that miracle to happen with me also, so that I can get higheeeeeesssssssst marks in my test"-she exclaims widening her eyes which is sparkling like stars & a wide exciting grin plastered on her lips.....I sighed rubbing my face with my hands

'She needs immediate rest,,study has gotten the best of her'-I vocalized sarcastically......

Obviously in my mind duh...

"Hehe I know it's not possible I was just joking"-she gives me one of her cheeky grin sheepishly, twirling a hair strand with her index finger...."But u can't call my teacher here"-she states in a serious tone

"Why...?"-i asked raising an brow

"U can't means u can't"-she replies sounding irritated..."If u can't teach me urself then say it clearly I won't bother u"-she spats angrily.....

'Her mood changes in every second nowadays & it puts me in very tough situations' (sighing)

"Okay okay relax,,show me ur problem but I can't promise to make u understand properly"-I may sound serious but I can't help it,,,I'm not a teacher for God's sake....

She nods immediately..."Chalegi pehle tum dekho toh sahi"-turning her book towards me she showed me the topic where she has problem...."The topic is inter-organizational leadership & networks"-hmm hopefully it will be easy for me as it's business related [Me:I don't know anything about it so...😯]

"So what do u wanna know...?"

"Why are networks important to an organization...?"-she asked in full concentration battling her lashes...

"Ohhh"-she nods forming her mouth in 'o' shape..."Hmm,,what about the benefits of organizational leadership...?"-she remarks the line looking down at the book, few hair strands comes ahead blocking her face from my view,,my hand is itching to tug them behind her ear....

'Shut the hell up u idiot' my inner voice screamed to me

"Bolo na......"-i came back to reality hearing her whining, she looks pissed while tugging those baby locks behind her ear......

"Huh,,ohh can u first tell me what is organizational leadership...?"-i need to focus on her studies not on her......

" Ye..yeah as long as it makes sense"-I'm really afraid of her logics, so hopefully she doesn't make up her own silly logics here....

She glares at me through her lashes but soon scrunch up her face stretching her hands upwards with a whine...."Oww it hurts..."

"What...?Where...?"-i panicked as soon as she said those words

"My back"-she lamented jutting out her bottom lip

"Come...."-getting up I tugs on her hand motioning her to get up, confusingly she gets up....

"But I still have doubts...."-she urged. Ignoring her babbling I leads her to my bed & made her sit fixing cushions behind her so that she can lean on it comfortably, then bringing her books I took a seat in front of her......

"Now let's continue"-I replied shortly & she nods happily

This only happens when she is around. Am I letting my heart to control me,,is it getting attached with her.....?

If is it so then I've to get a hold of it before it jumps into any stupid kind of stuff, I can't let it to get attach with any feelings cz nor anyone....'Everything is illusion, nothing is real'

'She is only ur Surrogate nothing more & once ur baby is born she will no longer in the picture'-my mind reminds me,Yeah once my baby is born our path is totally different......

"Thank you so much for helping me"-squealing she broke the hug....

"H..hmm it's fi..fine"-i said & without looking at her I walks out of the room.

I need to maintain my persona. I can't get attached with her or grew any kind of emotion.........

As I was walking towards the study I got a msg from Rohit saying he has something to tell me, so telling him to come to the study I gets inside...

"Speak up"

"Boss the teacher about whom ma'am was talking about in the car, I searched for his background but there's nothing much"-he denounces making me frown...."All I got to know is he came back from abroad & now is the professor of Avni mam's college"-I nods

"If something is crystal clear that means it's totally corrupted with negativity"-I give him a look while he straightens up...."Keep an special eye on him"-I smirks & he nods,, he nods better what I meant....

By the time I finished my office work it was already dinner time so I thought to check on Avni. Let's check her room maybe she has come back till now,, but to my dismay she wasn't there, a frown appears on my face.

'Is she still in my room...!?'

Mentally questioning myself I walks towards my room door & opens it slowly & what I saw bought a smile on my face......

'Gosshhhhh this girl'

There she was sleeping, her head on the open books doing the work of cushion.....

Taking slow steps I walks towards her & when I was close to her only one word left my mouth....."Aww"

She is looking breathtakingly adorable even when she is sleeping, her mouth is parted a lil exhaling her hot steady breath, a pen still in her grasp indicating she has fallen asleep while writing while a few baby hair locks were falling on her face disturbing her sleep & my view

Even before I knew my hand was going close to her face & I couldn't object either. So keeping my minds nonchalant warnings 'of not touching or getting close to Avni' aside, I gently put those hair strands behind her ear & have a close look of her innocent angelic face.

The way her forehead is frown free, the way her long lashes r touching her cheeks, the way she is breathing unevenly, the way her soft snoring are filling the silence in the room is just.......just magical

'Everything about her is magical, she is so magical'

Suddenly I realised what I'm doing & stands up with a jolt shaking me out of my trance. I shuts my eyes being frustrated with myself......

'What the heck am I doing! What the bloody hell has gotten into me...Urrgghhh'

Taking some deep breath I calmed down a little & decided to walk her up, she needs to eat her night meal before taking medicines

"A..Avni"-i called softly not to sound harsh.

There was no response from her so I called 2,3 times more but she didn't woke up. She is in deep sleep,,maybe being exhausted from studying this much......

In last checkup doctor told me not to disturb her when she is sleeping,it can affect her or the baby.

So without disturbing her sleep slowly I took her books & other things & keeps them on the side table then gently made her lay comfortably. When I was going to cover her with duvet my eyes caught a glimpse of her stomach, the only place where my baby is growing......

Softly caressing Avni's stomach I leans a lil........."Goodnight Baby. Dada loves you"-whispering lowly even I don't know how I kissed on her stomach, "Goodnight kiddo"-did I just kissed her forehead.........!?

'U freaking, bloody dumbass u just kissed her twice.....That's too without her constant......'

But to be honest I was smiling, smiling bcz instead of feeling regret I felt......................PEACE

'Damn....What's happening with me....!?'
