You go to the Selection layer just because—

I'm doing a female eyes so sorry guys—
Add the eyelashes, any kind of eyelashes shape like this:

I'm going with this:

You can stay with the plain or go for the detail flap (or something like that?) I'm going for the flap and it should be like this:

Ohhh boooiii, here's the tools, I sometimes use the Pen Fade:

Or this Airbrush:

You can use any colors, I'm doing purple.

Use dark color first, then do medium and then light. Or just do Dark and light:

I just used Dark and light. Draw the whole dark color in and then add the light on like this:

And then use the dark color and do this:

Since it turned out looking like shit because the eyelashes looked like shit because I just used Selection layers, I can add another layer and do the clipping thing so I can replace the colors:

If your eyelashes didn't turned out shit, you can keep the one you just keep with the selection but I'm recoloring my purple by using the same dark purple first:
