The fire was blasted everywhere in the open field of rocks surrounding the two fire benders as they dodged and fire bent at each other and trying not to burn each other. Some people sat by the cliff a bit far away so they don't get burned.

Y/N ducked behind a rock as the fire charred the rock she was using as protection. She took a couple of breaths and quickly moved to the side and blasted fire back at the albino boy but he quickly dispersed that with his own hands and fired back.

The male growled in anger and continued shooting fireballs at her and Y/N continued to run around him dodging every fireball and charring the rocks and crumbling them into tiny pieces that could be almost mistaken as bread crumbs.

Shu: "Just surrender already!"

Y/N: "NOPE!"

Shu stopped firing to talk a breath and Y/N took this chance to fire at him. She blasted the fire towards him and Shu collided his fire against hers and it caused an explosion that sent Shu flying and made Y/N stumble back from the heavy air. They both fell on their backs and didn't move from the impact.

Everyone else moved to check on them. Of course, they were too exhausted to move an inch after wasting their power. They were laying dead on the ground, unmoving as Hyuga checked on each of them and he used his healing on both of them.

Hyuga and Hikaru took Y/N to her home and Valt took Shu back home as well to rest up. On the way home, Y/N mumbled out a question.

Y/N: "So... ha, who... who won?"

Hyuga: "It was a tie. None of you won again."

Y/N hummed expedited but was still disappointed. Hikaru scolded her that she should rest and stay at home or she'll be frozen in an ice cube. That made her shiver at the thought so she nodded and promised she'll stay still.

She did not keep her promise. Sneaking out at night, looking left and right for the twins and making sure it was clear she swiftly moved on.

Staying out of sight of the villagers and she swiftly left the village heading deeper into the forest and headed straight to a small cottage that lit up brightly inside showing signs that the person is awake. Walking up to the door and knocked on it and patiently waited for that person to open the door.

???: "Is that you, Y/N?"

Y/N: "It's me, Shu. Open up!"

The door creaked open and Y/N walked inside. Inside the fireplace was lit up, she could hear some wood crackling. She saw a small table set up with steaming hot chocolate sitting and waiting to be finished along with some snacks.

Shu: "Come on and sit down. Today was exhausting."

Y/N: "Uh huh. Again it was a tie."

Y/N blew her hot chocolate and took a sip and hummed at the taste. Shu sighed and said it was expected. Their score was never going to break any time soon. Y/N's score was 79 and Shu was 83. But recently they got stuck on those scores and keep tieing.

Shu moved his chair closer to Y/N's and placed an arm around her shoulder and pulled her close and pecked her cheek. Y/N hummed at his affection and grab a cookie from the plate and took a bite.

Y/N: "So, has Valt found out yet?"

Shu: "Nope. But I think he's getting there."

Y/N: "Hehe. Hyuga is too caught up with others as Hikaru is kinda onto our case but he can't make it out well."

Shu: "Lain pretty much knows but he wouldn't bother to spill because it was obvious."

Y/N laughed saying that was so Lain. They both talked through the rest of the night saying how they'll beat each other and finally break their tie records and finally hit a point. They are going to reach 100 points and the loser has to do whatever the winner tells them.
