Y/N: "An invitation to Bel's Christmas Party?"

A letter has arrived at Y/N's mailbox. An invitation to Bel's Phantom's Gate for a Christmas Party. Knowing Bel she might get pranked again.

Y/N: "'And we'll also be playing Secret Santa. Meet me at the Phantom's Gate and get your partner's name.' How generous of him..."

Y/N sighed and went to go get dressed to go to Phantom's Gate. Leaving her home and making sure that it was locked tight and went on her way.

As she went on her way, she ran into Valt and Shu and Bel's friend group. After greeting them everyone went on their way together and chatted with each other.

Arrived at their destination and looked at the mansion and then went inside, the door creaking a little. Peeking inside everyone walked in, the room pitch black. Hanna and Ranzo immediately called out to the Dark Prince.

Hanna: "Bel! Come on out! This isn't the time of the month to prank!"

Ranzo: "Come on out, amigo!"

The eery silence slightly sent shivers down their spine. Until...

"RAW!"

A creepy snowman with glowing red eyes appeared in front of them and not a second later, everyone let out terrified screams. Bashara fainted with bubbles fuming in his mouth. Ranzo is on the floor, his sunglasses are a bit off, and his spirit literally leaves his body. Hanna cowered behind Y/N who had her arms crossed. Valt just laughed and Shu smiled in his own amusement.

Bel removed his snowman mask as the lights turned on and laughed at their reactions.

Bel: "AH HAHAHAHA! You guys should have seen your faces!"

Y/N: "Bel, stop it. That wasn't funny. You scared Bashara to the bone! Look at him!"

Bashara mumbled something while weakly lifting his fingers up as if saying he was fine, which he clearly wasn't.

Bel: "Oh, he'll be fine. Anyways, come on time to pick your partners for... Secret Santa!"

Bel jogged away, humming a Christmas song. Ranzo helped Bashara up and followed Bel to the dining room awaiting there sat a box on the eating table. Jiji was sitting on one of the chairs sipping his tea.

Bel: "Now, stick your hand in this box. Take out the paper. Read the name. Not out loud. And don't share it with anybody. Now, ladies first."

Y/N: "Hmm... being generous all of a sudden. I'll go first. I'm not letting you chop Hanna's hand off."

Y/N walked over to the box and stuck her hand in. Not feeling anything yet, she grabbed a piece of paper and pulled her hand out and walked away from the box allowing Hanna to get hers next.

Opening hers the name on it says, Shu. She raised a brow and looked towards Bel, who held a proud smirk on it as everyone finished off taking a paper from the box.

Shu is her boyfriend and it would be nice to get a gift for him but she wonders if Bel had rigged the box. But she'll take it.

Bel: "Alright, now that we all got out person. Get out of Phantom's Gate and go get the person's present and we'll see each other in a week. Bye!"

And now they were standing outside staring at the door.

Hanna: "So, now what?"

~1 WEEK LATER~

She was now walking with Shu towards Phantom's Gate with gifts in hand.

Y/N: "I'm glad that we can have a Christmas Party with the others. I also sent presents to everyone else."

Shu: "That's nice. I sent Fubuki and Lain some gifts too."

Y/N: "I have to thank you for the money. I'm gonna need to pay you back sometime."

Shu: "No need. My money is yours too."

Busy in their conversation they didn't realize they had arrived until Bel yelled in their faces.

Bel: "Hey! If you two lovebirds are done hurry and get inside. It's cold out!"

Y/N rolled her eyes and they went inside, feeling warm.

Everyone sat in the living room, feeling cozy with hot chocolates and cookies. Bashara and Hanna playing snakes and ladders. Ranzo and Valt chatting about Beys. And of course, the two couples just cuddled up on the couch while sipping their hot cocoa. Bel went and decided to start his.

Bel: "Okay, so I got..."

Bel eyed the crowd as they waited. Y/N just continued drinking her cocoa.

Bel: "Ranzo!"

Ranzo's face brightened up and stood up and accepted the gift from Bal. Not thinking twice he opened it up and a pie splatted his face. Bel let a heartfelt laugh everyone just held it in.

Y/N: 'Of course...'

Bel: "Okay, okay. But I did get you this Hawaiian Guitar. Never heard you play but you can keep this around."

Ranzo's face burst into tears and hugged Bel thanking him over and over. Bel pushed away and went to sit in his place. Ranzo sitting in front of the legs.

Ranzo got Hanna and gifted her a shell necklace. Ranzo had shells kept in his room when the time they went to the beach and collected the prettiest ones. Hanna's eyes shined and thanked Ranzo.

Hanna got Valt and gifted him a handmade scarf. Hanna took some lessons from Jiji and her mum. It was a colour of Valtryek and with a small image of it on the corner. Valt's eyes shined at his gift and gave Hanna a big hug.

Valt got Bashara and gifted him a book that he favoured so much. It was a book from the wwba. Bashara's eyes sparkled at it. It had every information about the stadiums and the Beys.

Bashara got Bal a new outfit that his mum has made for him. It gave off more of a Dark Prince aura. Bel happily accepted it and rushed to put it on.

Y/N: "He could have waited haaa... okay I think it's pretty obvious who got who here."

Y/N and Shu looked at each other and smiled. Both took out their gifts and exchanged them. Opening them, everyone sighed and let out a few chuckles. Valt only smiled at them.

"Merry Christmas!"
