it's been almost a week since the incident, and things have been going good.

me and josh have gotten closer, and he technically lives at my house now.

amelia, olivia, jack, and josh are at my house right now and we're all hanging out. sarah is in her room doing whatever. it's actually sarah's birthday tomorrow.

i checked my phone and saw the date. december 8th. her birthday is exactly a week from mine. mines next week.

"i'll be back i need to get something from my room," i said smiling at josh.

i opened the door and saw amelia and jack making out on my bed. i wasn't surprised. i just stood there.

they both looked at me, it was like a staring competition. it finally came to me.

"really. on my bed? ew, gross, your disgusting." i gagged and shut the door.

"don't go in my room, they are literally making babies in there." i scrunched my nose. "they do that everywhere." liv laughed.

"they can't keep their hands off each other what do you expect." he laughed too.

amelia and jack came out of my room. they were both giggling.

"jeez, have enough fun in there?" josh joked, making everyone laugh but them.

"sit down on the couch guys, i have a question for you." i went to stand in front of the couch

"can you guys help me decorate for sarah's birthday tomorrow, im gonna need help." i asked them tilting my head.

"yeah." they all agreed and got up to start helping.

i walked into sarah's room. "hey sarah, whatcha doing?"

"drawing." she said not looking up.

"are you excited for tomorrow?" i asked her.

"i don't know. usually birthdays aren't fun." she said.

that made my heart drop. she still thinks everything is the way it was. in the past, let's just say birthdays were something we dreaded. we didn't look forward to them.

"no, sarah. listen. this isn't like the past. this is different. your gonna have so much fun. i promise." i smiled at her.

"you better not be lying." she said looking at me.

"i'm not, i promise." i smiled walking out of her room.

"is everything set up?" i asked.

"yup!" josh said, proud of some of what he created.

i smiled. she didn't deserve what happened in the past, neither did i. but i'm going to make the future count.

"it looks so good! thank you guys, really." i smiled, admiring the set up.

"she's gonna have the best birthday!" liv said walking in. "she's gonna scream." amelia said.

"why?" i asked looking at her.

"do you see that balloon dog josh made over there? that looks like a skin walker. i almost screamed when i saw it." she laughed.

"oh my gosh. it looks... terrifying." i laughed trying to cover it up. eventually we all started laughing.

"we should use that to wake her up," jack joked.

"she would shit herself, no." i smacked him in the arm. "ow!" he held his arm.

"let's go wake her up!" i whisper yelled.

we barged into her room and started jumping on her bed, and being super annoying.

"stop!" she yelled. we were just laughing.

josh shook her and she shot up to him, standing right in front of him.

"i will slap you. i've done it before!" she threatened him.

"yeah and it hurt!" he admitted.

"yeah it should've, that was the whole point." she had a 'duh' look on her face.

"um, okay. well let's go outside and see the set up!" i ordered, everyone got off the bed.

we all went out of her room and showed her everything. "that balloon dog thing looks really creepy." she said pointing to it.

"glad you can agree with us! do you wanna keep it there orr?" i asked sarah. "keep it. it shows me how bad of a balloon maker josh is!" she smiled.

"okay!" i let out a laugh. i looked over to josh and saw he had a frown on his face, i walked over to him while everyone started to party.

"it's okay, i like your demon dog." i smiled at him as a put my hand on his shoulder. "thanks, that hurt my feelings." he joked making us laugh together.

"look at the lovebirds over there," i heard behind me. i widened my eyes and turned around, "who said that?"

i decided to ignore it cause no one answered, so i went to the kitchen and got a glass of water. i heard a knock at the door and sarah opened it, revealing a woman and a child that looked around sarah's age.

"who's that?" i asked her, i took a sip of my water.

"my boyfriend!" she smiled when the little kid came in.

i spit out my water everywhere. "your boyfriend?!" i yelled shocked. everyone's jaws were dropped, even the little kids mom.

i went over to the mom, "did you know about this?"

"nope, i think it's pretty cute!" she said. i laughed nervously and nodded my head. i did think it's cute, i just wish she told me. at least she has someone here with her.

the mom left and i went over to sarah, "what's his name?" i asked. "elijah!" she said. elijah and sarah, pretty cute.

i just hope this birthday changes sarah's perspectives on this kind of stuff. it's getting better.

it was time for cake, so we put the cake on the table and sang happy birthday. i saw the candle flames waving around.

i wonder what she wished for. i hope it was good.

sarah's pov:

time to make my wish.

'i wish i can stay with sabrina forever! and josh and sabrina get together...'

at least i can't tell her my wish, or else it won't come true!
