       𝕸ASON MOUNT'S BEDROOM. she was in mason mount's bedroom. now don't get this twisted, she knew exactly what had happened last night (and enjoyed every second of it). it's just the surrealism.

her friend's bedroom. mase's bedroom.

"awake already?" mason mumbles, rubbing the sleep out of his right eye. alegria didn't know what was hotter: the kisses he left on the side of her neck or how raspy and cute his voice sounded in the morning.

she gives him a tight-lipped smile, not really knowing what to say. this only makes mason smile a little bit harder, wrapping an arm around her waist so her back hit his chest. there, he tilts his head back while grabbing her chin to make sure they locked eyes.

"what, so now you're shy on me?" he questions, eyebrows raising when she's once again speechless. "i dunno, i just didn't—"

"expect this?" he finishes her sentence. pecking her right temple, he continues, "don't worry. neither did i. but it happened. and i liked it."

so did she. alot. so much so that she really didn't want to do the whole beat-and-delete thing. she wanted mason around. but she didn't want to get attached. God, how does jude even do this?!

"i really liked it too. and i—"

a phone call interrupts her. thank God it did, she was about to do so much waffling. still in his hold slightly, alegria manages to wiggle over to the bedside table to grab her phone.

she sighs, frowning. what was his problem? he got what he wanted from her, why continue to call?

"you shouldn't pick up."

for once, she actually listened to advice someone gave her. she declines the call, turning back to mason. her arms go around him again, not without tracing over his bare chest.

"what i was about to say was..." she trails off. "mhm?" he eggs on, tilting his head to the side. she makes the move to straddle his lap, just to make sure she was really up close and personal for what she was about to say to him next.

"i'm proper happy this happened. as bad as the timing was... i need you to know that i came with my mind on him and you took my mind off him. thankyou... for that."

hmm. maybe she could do this often.

"if i know someone's gonna hurt you, i ain't letting that happen. which was all he was gonna do. you don't have to thank me for that, ale," he explains, "and you don't ever have to ask when you want your mind taken off of things either..."

trailing off the teasing statement, his lips chase hers for a passionate kiss. she gets intoxicated quick on the thrill it gives her and she's in for it, until the phone creates a barrier between them.

she groans loudly, reaching over to see who it was, ready to end it since she had an inkling it was jude again. though this time she didn't.

"bitch where are you? today's podcast day, you know that," indiyah's voice is heard over the line. since he could hear someone wasn't very happy with her, mason takes the time to bring out the cheekiness everyone was more than familiar with.

the buttons to the button up shirt mason had wore to the club, that was now on alegria's body, were slowly getting undone. only quick glances were shared between them, only making him smile harder knowing she was flustered.

"yeah, 'course i know. and i'll be there, innit? i just..." she tries to finish her sentence but the very distracting task of watching mason kiss at the flesh on her chest that was much more sensitive than the rest, lap at it with his tongue and feeling that friction... well how on earth could you speak?

 
"...have to take a quick shower and i'll be there."

the emphasis on the word forces both of them up, as he makes sure to pick her up while he stands. he sets her down, desperately waiting for her to finish talking to her friend. she does so, and throws the phone behind him.

"i've got maybe ten minutes," she states and watches his next move. "don't worry," he shakes his head, stepping closer to rip her shirt open and throw it off her shoulders.

"i can make it five."

with that, they're on eachother. two pairs of feet stumbling dangerously close through mason's messy bedroom floor and to the bathroom. granted, with them not being able to keep their hands off eachother, it made that five minutes skyrocket up to fifteen.

ah, fuck it, the podcast can wait.
